Merlins pov
Lancelot shakes me awakes after he undoes the lock. He walks up the stairs gesturing for me to follow.
" Lancelot?" I ask
" shh Merlin," he bends down and gives me a paper that he had dropped. " from Gaius."
I nod wordlessly and he opens the door and talks about where the least Guards and are where Leon and Gwaine were.
Then I run off and I see him wink at me.
Avoiding guards and taking long routes takes the better part of 30 minutes and then the bells go off. I throw all cation to the wind and make a bee line for Gwens.
I knock on her door, and she opens it and let's me in.
Thank god for friends.
The guards come looking for me at around 3.
Persival looks at me and says " ah hello Merlin. A prisoner escaped today and we can't seem to find him. He has raven hair and blue eyes about 5'8? His names Merlin. Have you seen him?
" sorry guys I haven't seen him but I'll keep looking."
" ok thanks Merlin! See you around."
And with that they leave. I look at Gwen and we burst out laughing.
