Chapter 19

Jealousy.

That was all Luhan had on his face. He saw Sehun and Mia together. They started eating together after Mia accidentally spilled food onto him, or so was it. Kris' body suddenly appeared in front of him and he took the seat opposite him, blocking his view.

"What's wrong?" Kris asked.

Luhan didn't say a thing, and Kris turned back. He saw what Luhan did.

"I see he had someone now." Kris said, his tone a little happy.

"No he does not!" Luhan raised his voice.

"Hyung, look. I know the both you had been together for a long time, but now it's gone. He doesn't love you anymore. He had that girl." Kris said.

Luhan sighed.

"You have me." Kris said.

"Like I'm gonna marry you?"

"Isn't that what it should be?"

"I'm not your boyfriend." Luhan rolled his eyes.

"But I treat you as one so play along."

"Why are you so desperate? I'm the not the only you know?"

"And you're not the only one to Sehun."

Luhan sighed. Again. He stared at his untouched food

"If only I hadn't walk out on him.." He mumbled.

"You're still thinking about it?" Kris asked.

"I feel guilty for not talking to him. I should apologize." Luhan said.

"No! Don't."

"Why?"

"You can't and I wouldn't let you."

"Kris, you should let me decided my own future."

"You mean you don't like me?" Kris looked hurt.

"No! I mean...I don't know..." Luhan looked down.

"Alright. I'll let you decided your own future. But if Sehun lets you down again, I won't hesitate to take you back." Kris said.

"Deal."

Luhan thought he and Sehun would talk things out but that wasn't the case.

6 days later - 9 July

Luhan had messaged Sehun earlier that he wanted to meet him. They agreed to meet outside the toilet on the last floor because not many people walk past that side. Luhan went up after school, excited to be able to talk to Sehun again. He saw Sehun and was about to call him when he saw Mia. He hid behind the wall and watched. Mia was suddenly wrapping her arms around Sehun's shoulders. Sehun looked kind of shocked but he didn't do anything.

Luhan felt a pang of sadness in his heart. Mia was getting herself too close to Sehun and Luhan doesn't like it. Just as Luhan wanted to approach them, Mia forced herself onto Sehun. They kissed long. Longer than he did with Sehun. Tears found their way down the eyes and Luhan watched. Mia broke free and they both smiled. He had enough. He ran away, accidentally kicking a can that attracted their attention.

Sehun's face changed immediately.

"What's wrong?" Mia asked him.

"I have to go, sorry." Sehun ran after Luhan.

Luhan's tears flowed freely as he ran down the stairs and along the corridors, pushing past people and ignoring their angry response. Sehun followed after, apologizing as he ran through everyone. They finally ran out of the school compound but Luhan didn't stop. He's too sad to stop. He just wanted to run and nothing else.

"Hyung!" Sehun shouted.

Luhan ran faster. The whole streets was rumbling with gasps and shoutings but they didn't cared. Sehun cared about Luhan the most. He just did the most terrible mistake to let Mia get on him and let her kiss him. He regretted it.

"Hyung! Please stop!" Sehun continued.

They turned a corner and Sehun couldn't see Luhan for a moment. But he heard a screech and he knew what.

"HYUNG!"
