so this story is gonna change like halfway through the storyline, cause I think it's time for high school now that you know more about them in this story.

"so Josh, do you like anyone? like, maybe that Marrisa girl..."
he looks a bit confused.
"the only person that I like Tyler, is you. Marrisa is pretty, but I though that you liked her or something..."
"I don't like Marrisa like that, you should know that Josh, I like you. you're the only one I like."
he smiles a bit.
"here. take this. it's special to me but I think you should have it."
he hands me a little object that has been wrapped, or at least tried to be wrapped, in a paper towel.
"what's this?"
I say confused. it seems like it's been made out of clay.
"I tried making us in art class. and that's me. I have the one of you. although I made my hair pink, red, and blue. cause I couldn't decide which color to make it."
I can tell its him now.
"Josh, how long are we gonna be friends?"
"Forever! I want us to be friends forever! and if it's up to me, we will be!"
he says proudly.
I giggle a little bit.
"good, cause I don't ever want to lose you."
I grab his hand as we lay down.
recess is almost over.
"best friends forever?"
"best friends forever."

I'm yelled to as I get kicked in the stomach once more.
why? why did this become my life?
