Chapter 12

Y/N POV

After a couple of hours of sleep I wake up. Only thing about it was I was late. I rush and get up and see a text from her

Y/N I have a car so I'm going to school. See you there. Xoxoxo

I sigh in relief and go to get dressed. After my shower I go tot closet and pick an outfit. (Outfit above). I run outside and run down the stairs almost tripping. I hop in the car and speed off to school. As I pull up to a red light I see Charlie and Kian. "You wanna race" Charlie says rolling his window down. "No not today. I'm late" they nodded and they asked others to race.
*Skip Car ride*

I pull up to the school and run inside the building. I run up the stairs to my class and throw myself into the chair. I look at the board and it says 'get out pencils. Quiz today' I remember me and Mr. Pratts deal. I take a deep breathe get ready for the test
*Skip test*
"Great job class. Your test scores will be given to you at the end of the day" Mr .Pratt says walking over to me. "70 or above Y/N to get back on" he says. I gulp and go to lunch. "Y/N the nerd is back" the same student from yesterday yelled. "Strike 2 buddy!!" I whisper to myself. "Aw look at that. Y/N is talking to his imaginary friends. Isn't that cute" he says laughing. "THATS IT" I scream and grab him by the collar and pull him out of his seat. "Listen to me kid. Say one more thing about me and I will hurt you" I say sternly with the boy nodding. I walked over to the table I sat at with the girls but the only difference was they were there before me. They were whispering until I got there. "Hey Y/N" Camila said loud so they can all hear me. "Oh hey Y/N..........do you know who you threatened"Normani whispers to me. I shake my head and she continues "That was Brad Simpson a.k.a the teachers pet...you know he's going to tell"she said worried looking at me. "Then I'll be right back" I say getting out of my chair walking up to him. I hear a series of No's but I ignored them. I pull him out of his chair and pin him to the wall again. "And don't you say one thing about today do you hear me" He nods quickly and goes to sit back down. "Ok I think I'm safe now" I say and continue eating my lunch. "So we found out about Lauren's crush" Dinah blurted outloud. I started choking on my water and Lauren looked angry. "Yeah it's Luis Felipe" Dinah continued. "What....as in the Luis Felipe on the football team" Dinah rolls her eyes "Yes Y/N keep up here please". "Lauren stay away from him he's bad. 2 years ago he tried shooting one of the football players" I warn Lauren. "Too late Y/N. Their already dating" Dinah says. "Ok Lauren. But just know that I will kill him in a minute if he hurts you." She nods and pulls out her phone. After lunch we all got up and went to back to Mr.Pratts class. "Well congrats class. All of you passed.........except one." He says. I feel my palms start getting sweaty as he continues calling our names. "Y/N Y/L/N.............94%" He says giving me a thumbs up. I sigh in relief knowing that I'm going back on the football team. "Jason Durelo..............45%" Mr Pratt whispers to him. That means he's off the football team. I look over at Camila and thank her for helping me. "But this won't stop me from coming over right" she ask nervously. I shake my head and smile. I go out to my car and get out all of my things to go back in my locker. I get to the locker room and all the players welcomed me back. Then Coach Rob came and told me how proud he was of me. I thank him and change into my under armor shirt and sweatpants. I had to do my run before I started practicing. I run up and down the bleachers until I saw the girls. "Hey are you guys here for cheerleading tryouts" I ask them running in place. "No we just wanted to watch the football players" Ally says staring at the field. I nod and go back to running. After about 6 minutes of running I could practice.I got in my place in the field and waited until the ball was passed. I tackled one of the players from getting to the quarter back. Then I hear Coach Rob blow his whistle. "Y/N Come here" He says gesturing me towards him. "If you didn't know we have a game next Wednesday. Since Jason is off in going to need you to be the Quarterback and Runnerback for the game. Is that alright?" I quickly nod and then go where Jason usually stands. I got the ball and passed it to another player. I didn't notice who it was until I looked at the Jersey. "Really Y/N" I mumbled to myself. Then I switched places with Luis and he passed the ball to me. I jumped up and caught the ball but I didn't see Nela. He grabbed on the me,knocking the air out of me. I pushed him off of me and started trying to catch my breath. "YOU ALRIGHT Y/N" Coach Rob yells from across the field. I give him a thumbs up and go back to where I was supposed to be. Then I repeated the same steps. I ran up and jumped and got the ball. I started running down the field jumping over other players. I cheered as I got in the inzone. "Alright that's how you do it. Practice is over. Guys be ready for our game. We playing against the Knights.And you know how the play" Coach Rob said dismissing us. Usually I would go to the locker room first but this time I went to the girls. I saw Lauren running down to meet Luis. I smiled and continued walking upstairs. Dinah and Normani started backing away from me because I was sweaty. I started running towards them and hugged them on their waist. "Go off of me you sweaty ogre" Dinah growled pushing me off of her. Ally and Camila didn't care so I hugged them. "Hi there"Camila said giggling. "HELLOOOO" I yelled going down the stairs. "I'll be right back I have to go to the locker room to get my stuff and take a shower" The girls nod and I continue walking. "Oh and Camila stay right here. Dinah and Mani come with me." I say directing them. I check and make sure nobody was in the locker room before I bring them in.

"Alright. I have this sign for Camila to ask to be my girlfriend. Is this a good idea?" I ask them. They eagerly nod and I call all of the football players out from outside."Now introduce yourselves while I get this done" I say smirking. I take a few of them outside to help me. I grab the megaphone and go outside. "CAMILA" I yell into the megaphone. She yells back at me and I take a deep breathe. "IVELIKEDYOUEVERSINCEISAWYOUSOWILLYOUBEMYGIRLFRIEND" I say quickly. "Say it slower" she yells at me. Then the football team comes out holding the sign and I grab the flowers. I look up and I see her running down the steps. "Yes I will" she says to me and gives me a koala hug. The whole football team cheers and gives me a pat on the back. I take of my bandana because it was getting sweaty and give it to her. "A special bandana for a special princess". She gives me a kiss on the cheek and we hold hands. "I think Dinah and Mani found someone" I say looking at them flirting with two of the football players. We all were about to walk away until Ally said "Where's Lauren". "GET A ROOM JAUREGUI" I yelled and saw Lauren and Luis come up from the bleachers. They both flipped us off as we walked away.
