You rolled over and slammed your hand down on the alarm clock, but you didn't open your eyes.

Because you knew the minute you did you would have to leave the warmth of the man lying beside you and go back to pretending that your four year relationship was nothing more than one of than one of those wild fan fictions that circle the internet.

Because popularity was the fickle friend of your occupation.

Six years ago, you debuted as an idol, but when your first year led to unsuccessful album sales, your previous label company decided to disband your group. After you were disbanded, you dropped your label and were picked up by SM. Now you were a well known actress. That's how you ended up meeting the very same man who lay next to you.

To the rest of the world, he's known as G-Dragon, leader of BIGBANG, Kpop Idol, a public icon.

But to you, he's Kwon Jiyong, who, despite his bad boy exterior, was one of the biggest sweethearts you've ever known; his goofiness only coming in second to fellow BIGBANG member, Choi Seunghyun.

How he had managed to snag your unattainable heart wasn't that hard to figure out.

"Yah! How could you, Jaebum?" you screamed, storming through the door of the kitchen, him hot on your trail.

"Jagiya, please–" he pleaded, grabbing your arms to pull you close. His dark eyes sparkled with tears that fell down his face.

"No! I hate you!" you wailed, trying to push him away, but failing. You weakly struggled against his hold, beating his chest with your fists, but causing no damage. "I hate you, I hate you, I hate you..." you sobbed, grasping at his shirt and burying your face in the fabric.

"And cut!" yelled the director. "Beautiful scene! Let's take a break and we'll regroup afterwards! Great job, (Y/N), really convincing!"

You smiled and wiped away your tears and thanked the director before walking towards your dressing room.

So (Y/N)," your co-star, Seunghyun started. "Do you want to grab some lunch and go over our next few scenes?"

"Actually–"

"Yah! There you are, hyung!"

The both of you turned to see the other members of BIGBANG running towards you guys, Seungri in the lead, dragging his leader by the wrist. Upon seeing you, Seungri smirked and pulled his leader even faster.

"Ah, (Y/N)-Noona," Seungri bowed. "So nice to see you again. Have you met Jiyong-hyung?"

You thought back to how awkward he had been when you first met him. Apparently he had been a secret admirer of yours, so Seungri dragged him to the tv studio to meet you so he could 'finally end his hyung's school girl crush'. Not to long after meeting did you two strike up a conversation, and the rest is history.

You were both perfectly happy together, but only one thing stood in the way.

You were signed to SM, and he to YG. Both of your companies agreed to let you date, but they never really expected it to go so far. The two of you have been dating for four years now, but you still had to deny your relationship in public. You both knew how upset fans could get over their favorite celebrity getting romatically involved.

However, Jiyong never denied that you were his ideal type, and you returned the favor. After a year or two, fans started 'shipping' the both of you. This meant that there were now edited pictures of you two, fan fiction, and so much more; it made you wonder how much longer you had to hide your relationship even though it was already being imagined and wanted by your fans.

1 shower, 2 cups of coffee, and 3 wardrobe changes later, you sat in the dressing room on the set of Weekly Idol.

You were practically bouncing in your seat, smiling so wide you probably looked crazy. You looked down at the message still displayed on the screen of your phone.

Message from: CEO

(Y/N), don't you think it's time to let the cat out of the bag? We approve. Can't wait to watch the next Weekly Idol episode. You're welcome.

Anyone else would've been baffled by the nonsense in that text, but you knew SM well enough to understand his vague hints.

"Are you ready yet, jagiya?"

"Welcome back to Weekly Idol! We're here with two of the biggest stars in Korea; (Y/N) and G-Dragon!"

You both stood and bowed at the MCs and the audience before taking your seats again.

"Now, this was really unexpected, but we've been informed that you two requested to come on the show?"

"Yes we did," Jiyong answered, taking your hand in his. "We have something to confess."
