Lost At Sea

Chapter 16

Kathleen's POV:

"Anyway we should get some breakfast." CJ suggests. I nod and leave with everyone close behind. We get some breakfast and sit down. "I can't wait to see Rachel again!!" Ally jumps up and down. "Yea and you two have to apologize." I smirk looking between Ally and Todd. "Yea, yea, I know." Todd rolls his eyes looking a little said. "So did you get to talk to Rachel?" Jay asks. "Yea, she's in England right now."
"England!?!" Ally jumps out of her chair. "Aww lucky I always wanted to go to England."
"I wonder who helped her?" CJ asks. "Uhh I think the captain said someone named....Veronica...?" I try to remember. We finish eating and walk back to our rooms. "So what game were you guys playing?" Ally asks. "Just some action game that we brought with us." Jay answers. "Could we play? Since we have nothing else to do." I ask. "Sure why not." CJ smiles. We walk into the guys room but I stay and wait for Todd. "So what are you gonna say to her when she gets back?" I ask quietly. "I don't know..... I mean, it's practically my fault that she went overboard." Todd looks down. "Hey, don't get to worked up about it. She seemed pretty cheerful when I talked to her." I smile. "Yea but-"
"Are you guys coming!?" Ally yells at us. "We'll start without you!!" CJ yells laughing. "We're coming!!" I sigh and walk in their room Todd following.

~ 4 hours later ~

"Ugh!! I died again!!!" Jay complains. "You two are just way too good at this game." CJ laughs looking at me and Ally. "Alright! We won another round!!" I laugh as I high five Ally. "Ok how about we do something else. I don't want to be beaten by you two again..." Todd sighs. "How long have we been playing this game again...?" I ask. "Let's see..... We started around 11 and now it's..... 3:25 pm!?!" Ally jumps up looking at the clock. "No way! How could we have played the game for that long!?!" I jump up too. "Why are you so freaked out?" Todd asks. "Oh no! If we don't hurry we'll be late!!!" I scream and Ally pulls me out the door. "Come on!!"
"Where are you two going!?" Jay asks. "We're going to the magic show downstairs!! It starts in 12 minutes!" I say quickly closing the door. "Magic show..?" I hear CJ ask but don't answer. Ally opens the door to our room and we start getting ready. I put on a blue knee-length dress and Ally wears a green knee-length dress. "I don't think I've ever put make up on this fast!" I say quickly putting my make up on. "Does my hair look ok!?" Ally freaks out. "Yea." I barely glance at it. I put my hair in a messy fish tail and we leave.

"Uh.... There!!" We quickly find spots at the magic show just as it starts. "And now....we present..... The famous magician....Mike!!" The announcer says. Everyone claps as Mike steps on stage. "Hello everybody!!! And welcome to my magic show!" He waves to the crowd. "For my first trick!" Mike takes out a handkerchief. "There's nothing in it. See?" He shows us the handkerchief and we see that it's empty. "And now..." He folds the handkerchief and puts it in his hat. He taps his hat three times and pulls the handkerchief out. He unfolds it and a dove flys out. Everyone claps. "Thank you! Thank you!"

~ 30 minutes later ~

"And for my last trick I need a volunteer!" He looks at the crowd. "Should I raise my hand!? I don't know if I want to do it!?" Ally freaks out to me. "Just raise your hand." I laugh. "Ok." Ally raises my hand and her hand. "Ally!?! I don't want to do it!!" I yell at her quietly. "You! In the blue dress!" Mike points our way. I look down and see I'm wearing a blue dress. "Oh no." I say quietly. "Come on up!" Mike waves me up. "I hate you so much right now." I say quietly to Ally. She tried to hold in her laughter as I glare at her. I stand up and walk on stage looking at Mike. "What is your name?" He asks me. "Kathleen." I say trying not to seem mad. "Well Kathleen, the trick I'm going to do won't hurt at all!"
"Great." I say sarcastically under my breath. "Now I just want you to step in this box." Mike pulls a blanket off of a tall box. He opens the door and pushes me in. Once in in he closes the door. "And now! Watch as she doesn't get hurt!" I hear gasps from the crowd. A little while later he opens the door. "And she is unharmed!" The crowd claps. I turn around and see that he put many swords in the box. "I'm going to kill Ally." I say to myself. "Thank you for your help." He says as I walk off stage and back to my seat. Ally is still trying not to laugh. "Thank you for coming to my show! And I hoped you enjoyed it!!" Mike bows and the curtains close as everyone claps.
