I felt the couch dip on the other side.

"You are just like you mother. She too was confused when she first met your father. She didn't know what she was doing; she wished everything would go back to normal. In the end she realized she had family behind her, and that nothing bad was going to happen. The whole who am I situation, well that's seems to be something you have with yourself. You've always realized you don't belong in this world right? Not suicidal, just plain out confused." I nodded my head. The sad thing the whole thing itself was confusing. I was confused at why I confused about who I am. Confusing, I know. If I questioned myself shouldn't I know why? "Look Skylar, what do you feel right now." Anger, sadness, empty, unworthy, dangerous, responsible, and most of all like I am nothing, "Uh-uh confused?"

"That sounded more as a question than a statement." I sighed. "I really don't know I am just going for a run." He nodded.

Rushing out the back door I bumped into Trevor. "Oh hey Trev. I am just going for a run." He smiled, "want some company?" I shook my head. "Okay well just be safe." He gave me a hug and headed inside. I felt someone's glare on me. Looking up I saw a strange man standing in a window watching me. Shaking the uneasy feeling I ran out into the woods. Finding a large tree stem I hung my clothes on it. Shifting I ran out further into the woods.

I had been running for what seems like hours. I hadn't realized how far I ran until I circle the border for the second time. My wolf was wheezing for breath. I stop in a clearing I have found interesting the past times I have passed it. Laying down I soaked in the warming sun. Hearing a twig snap I shot to my feet.Trying to listen to one sound was difficult considering the noises going around me. Birds were chirping, squirrels running across dead leaves and scurrying up trees. I tried to focus my hearing on one sound, but with the mixture of sounds it became difficult. A growl erupted from behind me. Swiftly I turned around, baring my teeth at the growl. This wolf was huge nonetheless. It towered over me like an alpha, but looking at it nothing about it screamed authority.'Probably a rogue Alpha,' I thought. I may be Princess, soon-to-be Queen, but it was my mate who would become are strong and powerful from the time he found me.He was supposed to protect me that was his job, but I denied him that scared of losing him.

The dark blonde wolf snapped at me,and I growled back. He seemed huge, but light on his feet. Right where I stood was not a good position. Xavier taught me how to fight, but my fighting skill wasn't that great. The blondie began to circle me. Drool ran down from his mouth. He walked away and disappeared behind I tree. I began to turn, but three wolves had stopped me; they looked vaguely familiar, but how? They looked nothing like rogue maybe they were hit men.

The man came back out with a pair of shorts. Judging by his bulging muscles he had to be of Alpha heir. His eyes were so dark, I mistaken them for black eyes. His hair was a sandy blonde. He smirks when he looks me. "Do you know how much you are worth? Multiple people are out looking for you." I shifted back, not care I was stark naked. "If you could get me a shirt. Then we can talk." I narrowed my eyes at him. He walked away giving me enough time to try and reach someone. Some reason I could only link Scott, but his link was blocked. I pushed and pushed trying to get to him, but nothing happened. I huffed in aggravation. Giving up in my tries, the man came out from behind the tree again: a shirt in hand. Tossing me the shirt, I throw it over my head. The man circled me. My tries for Scott were worthless. Maybe I could contact Trevor. I highly doubt it, but considering we were family it just might work.

"Hello?Trevor, you there?" Nothing complete nothing. I tried again focusing everything I had. "Trevor! Trevor, please answer," my voice cracked in my headI heard nothing. The man was no longer circling me. Instead he was behind me talking to the wolves. Silly move. I threw the shirt off and tossed it in the air shifting back into my wolf; I caught the shirt in my mouth. I ran as fast as I could, looking for any landmark that would tell me where I was. The wolves got closer on my heels. I pushed myself harder. Giving up on thinking I could find my way back I tried Trevor again. "Trevor, please. Please answer." I let tears slip when I realized no one realized I was being ran down. How did they not know that they had random wolves on their land unless ... the three of them covered for him? I slammed into a tree.I whimpered as pain shot through my nose. My paw quickly went up to my nose resting on it. Great now I am caught.
