97) First Kiss

"Don't hate me."

"Please... I don't want you to push me away, I want to stay by your side forever." I can feel his hug tighten as if he is desperately begging for me.

"H-huh..." I was slightly convincing my self that I have hearing problems right now.

"But, didn't you hate me..?" I asked him with hesitation.

"I'm afraid... I might hurt you again. I tried pushing you away even though I didn't liked it. Now I can't bear you pushing me away."

"What's gotten in to you? Are you really the Blade I know?" I questioned him because this is way too confusing for me.

"I never hated you." I can feel my heart beat rising with joy hearing that word coming from his mouth.

"Is that a confession?" I asked him with a smile on my face, probably a big grin like a girl finally buy a lollipop she wanted all this time.

"Do you really mean what you just said?" I asked him again and he just hummed burying his face on my shoulder.

I decided to face him head on and gently grab his arms to release me from his hug.

"Look at me..." I cupped his cheeks but his eyes are keeps averted to avoid looking at me.

3rd Person PoV:

(Y/N) pouted because Blade doesn't want to meet her eyes and then (Y/N) tiptoed more to reach Blade's lips to give him a sweet short kiss.

Blade's eyes widened and finally he have his eyes set on (Y/N) who giggled.

"Finally your eyes are set on me. But... jeez that was my first... k-kiss." She fidgeted as her face starting to become red like tomato.

And now Blade grabbed her waist to pull her closer to him and his other hand went to the back of her neck to kiss her. (Y/N) was surprised at his action and feel her heart beats faster and faster but she accepted his kiss as she close her eyes savoring the moment.

(Y/N)'s PoV:

I wished the moment would last but as expected it has to end. I somewhat feel a bit disappointed when Blade pulled away from our shared kiss with each other.

"I love you!" I giggled and cling to his arms.

"Wait, since you kissed me too... is it safe to say that you love me back?" I questioned him but it's more like I wanted to hear him say that he loves me too.

"Think what you want to think." He crossed his arms but it's visible that there is a little smile on his face too.

"Then say 'I love you too!'" I stepped in front of him but he avoided me and started to walk towards to the camping site.

"Please? Say 'I love you too! (Y/N)'"

"Say it! Say it!" I keep bothering him following wherever he is going.

"Please! Please! Please!"

"Just one 'I love you too-" my words were cutted off when Blade grabs my chin, the words that I used to persuade him drown on his kiss.

"You sneaky..." Now he have a smirk on his face seeing my surprised and flustered reaction.

"Goodnight." He ruffled my hair and proceeded to enter the tent shared by him and Elio.

Now I'm all alone outside, recalling what happened I can feel my cheeks heat up at the same time with my rising heart beat.

'Me and Blade just kissed... RIGHT?!?! I'm not imagining it.... RIGHT?!?!'
