Chapter 5

Ariel's POV
When I arrived at school this morning I was really tired because I was up all night studying for some stupid tests. The reason I'm taking them early is because I'm moving and I won't be here at the end of the year. I have one week left of school. I have one week to spend more time with my friends.

Tessa's POV
Today is finally Friday that means me and Georgia can have our double sleepover. When me and Georgia have double sleepovers we usually listen to music, watch movies,dance,sing,etc... I'm sad that were moving in 9 days. we have to start packing next week. I wonder what New York is going to be like. I can't wait for school to be over. Right now I'm walking through the hallway to the cafeteria for lunch. When I walked in I saw Georgia sitting at usual table with Makayla. Makayla is also my friend but she hardly hangs out with us. I walked to our table and sat down. "Hey makayla". "Hey Tessa". "Hey Georgia". "Hey Tessa".
We talked for a while and we ate. Now we're on our way to our 4th period class. When I sat down and took my notebook out I looked up and saw that were doing a lab today.

Ariel's POV
I just remembered that today was Tessa's sleepover so I should ask Kalani and Cayden and see if they want to hang out. I was in the bathroom so I decided to text them. So I put it in group chat style. I Have an iPhone 6, Kalani has an iPhone 6 and so does Cayden.

🍍Kalani🍍&🔥Cayden🔥&me Hey do you guys want to hang out after school today. Tessa's having her sleepover today.
Kalani is typing....
Cayden is typing....
Kalani:sure
Cayden:sure
Me: where do you guys want to hang out at?
Kalani: how about my house?
Cayden:that's fine
Me: that's fine gtg to class
Cayden:bye
Kalani:bye
Once  we finished texting I headed out the bathroom and went to my
5th period class.

Georgia's POV(it's about time😝)
Today was me and Tessa's sleepover I couldn't wait for it. I hope we stay up really late like we usually do. My phone went off it was a text from Tessa.

✨Tessa✨: hey what snacks do you want for the sleepover my mom wants to know?.

Me: um konpeitō. It's my favorite type of candy. Even though it's Japanese.

✨Tessa✨: ok. Do you want to make Empanadas?

Me: yeah. Gtg I don't think we should text during class.

✨ Tessa✨: yeah we really shouldn't. Bye.
I love empanadas there my favorite.

Tessa's POV
When I finished texting Georgia. I realized class was over and that we only have 2 more academic classes left. Which is Reading and Math.
I can't wait to get home. We decided on making Empanadas. When I walked into my reading class. Today I saw that we had a substitute teacher. Normally our substitute teachers give us about 2-3 work sheets and if we Finnish early we can talk to our friends or use our phones. Georgia and I have this class together. While the teacher was explaining I was talking to Georgia. "Hey Georgia". "Hey Tess". "Do you want to work together on these worksheets". "Yeah". While we were working on these worksheets I noticed that work in America might not be as easy as it is here in Portugal.

When I got home from school I saw that mom got everything that we need for the sleepover tonight.
While I was waiting for Georgia to come. I listened to some music and my favorite song came on. Which is Worth it. By Fifth Harmony. My phone went off and I saw a text from Georgia saying she is out front. I opened the front door and Georgia walked in. "Do you want to make the Empanadas now or later". I asked. "Um how about now so we can have something to eat". She replied with. I nodded "ok that's fine with me so let's get started". I said. While we were making the Empanadas my mom came home. She came into the kitchen and grabbed a water bottle out of the fridge. "Hey girls what are you doing"? My mom asked. "We're making the Empanadas now instead of later". I replied with. She nodded "Just don't make too big  of a mess and clean up when you are done". "Ok mom we will". I said. When she left kitchen we got back to making the empanadas.
When we finished putting them together we stuck them in the oven and let them cook. "Hey do want to have a dance party later"? Georgia asked. "Of course I do". When we turned on the radio Lean On came on by Major Lazer it's my favorite song.

When the song ended the food was done so we ate. We decided on watching a movie. We were watching the Jurassic park movies.
"Hey Georgia you still up". I asked "yeah I am". She said. I looked over at the clock and it said 2:30 am. "We've been up for a very long time". She nodded and started to doze off. I decided to play on my phone for a while. Then I went on wattpad to see if any of the books I'm reading have been updated and they haven't. When I was done on my phone I plugged it into the charger and put Georgia's phone on the charger as well. I lied down on my bed and I could feel my eyes starting to close so I let them.
