"Okay, so, let me get this straight. Calum Hood?" My friend, Louis asked me.
We currently sat at on freshly cut grass during gym. I hate gym. And running. And physical activity.
I nodded as I played with my shoe laces. "Yeah, him. He's nice." I replied with a shrug.
Louis nodded in thought, taking in all that I had told him. Within the past ten minutes, I had filled him in with what was happening with Calum, and showed him the DMs.
He tilted his chin in Calum's direction, where he ran around the track, lifting his head and looking up in my direction.
"He's been looking over here at you for like the past twenty minutes." Louis informed me.
I sighed happily, resting my chin on my knees as I brought them to my chest. "I think I might kind of like him." I announced quietly.
Louis nodded in thought once again as he watched the boy run around the track. "And I'm positive he likes you." He answered with a sigh.

"Ava!" A voice called after me.
I turned around quickly, my cheeks pink from running to class. Somehow I'd gotten caught up with reading my book, and hadn't even realized the time, leaving me to sprint to my class, hoping I wouldn't be late.
"Hi hi" I greeted as I doubled over as I gasped for air. Like I said, running was definitely not my thing.
I regained my posture and was surprised to see that it had been Calum who had called after me. My face turned pink. Of course I had hoped for it to be him, but I hadn't actually expected it.
He walked towards me as he laughed, watching me catch my breath.
"Not funny, I just suck at running." I said as I pointed a finger at him, pulling my hair into a ponytail.
"I smoke like a pack a day, and smoke shit tons of weed, but somehow my lungs are in better shape than yours." He stated as he chuckled.
I nodded as I laughed with him. "Running really isn't my thing. Like, it's probably the worst thing I can do."
Calum nodded as he walked closer to me. "So, I have Psychology next, which is with you, right?" He asked as he held a crumpled paper out to me.
I took it from his hands, examining it. It was his schedule, and he actually had four classes with me, but he just never showed up enough to know that.
I nodded at him as I pointed to the class I was running to. "Right there, sir. I suggest we attend it now."
He smiled as he walked towards the class door, opening it for me. "After you."
I smiled as I walked in, sitting in the front.
Calum looked hesitant to walk in, the entire room staring in surprise. Everyone knew that Calum Hood didn't attend classes.
He turned his head from everyone, moving to sit down in the front beside me.
Now, he even had the teacher's attention. The teacher stared in surprise. Because everyone knew Calum Hood didn't sit in the front.
The teacher let out a small cough, regaining his posture, and began lecturing the class again. I pulled out my notebook to take notes, Calum staring at me, dumbfounded.
"Why do you actually take notes?" He asked as he made a face.
I continued to crease my paper, making it Cornell notes style.
"So I can actually learn."
