"Hi!" I say, after looking around Starbucks and finally finding the table after looking like a weirdo.
"Hey!" She answers back.
I look on the table, in which was quite full. Once looking, I notice a MacBook Pro, small notebook and matching pen, two Starbucks drinks and Starbucks chocolate coins. Which when you see the actual Starbucks tables, are pretty small!
"You didn't have to buy me anything!" I laugh.
"Oh no it's ok! With the pay I get it's fine! And you can never go wrong with a luxury hot chocolate and a chocolate coin!" She giggles lightly and opens the MacBook.
"Did you find the place ok?" I ask, just making small talk.
"Yeah! I only live right around that corner." She says, pointing to a corner of the room next to the door.
"Well that wasn't hard!" I laugh, then she joins in. I have a feeling I'm going to get along with this girl!
"Thanks I guess!"
"Well let's get down to business."

We discussed a lot of stuff like about in the future and her audition in process of getting picked.
I take a sip of my drink and feel a buzz. I get pick up my phone off the table and look at the screen. It's a message off Lucy, reading...
How's it going? Having fun? Has she mentioned anything about the tour yet? X - Lucy
"One second, sorry."
Yeah it's good thanks. But I've just sat down, she seems nice and bought me a drink and chocolate, I'm liking her already ;) I'll text you once I've finished. X - Bailey

We just talk about my audition and how she could help me. A little about my 'career' and the future.
"And then about the tour... which I'm sure that you've been excited about!"
I smile wholeheartedly.
"Well, it depends on you. We will probably have to wait for a few weeks and up to about a month to make sure you're comfortable and ok with the industry. But you also need material to perform, you'd probably do something a little like a live lounge singing, just to get your name out there. Then that way you can publicise yourself and get a little experience and used to the way that things go."
"So should I start writing?" I ask.
"Well you could if you wanted to, but what type of style is the big question. Because most singers are known for their genre, like Taylor Swift: Pop and Country. So you really need to know what you'd like, because I expect that you'd be doing this as a career?"
"Yes."
"Well how about we set up a meeting with someone. I'll pull in a few favors and have a good friend of mine speak to you, and go through different styles with you. So you can see how you like them and how your voice suits them and things like that. Because we need to have what you are to sing before you actually publicly sing. Although if you'd like to create a YouTube channel? So you could maybe do a few covers? Then you'd try different things out and also drum up some publicity too! Once you've made the videos, or any, you can always send them to us to edit. Like if you want lyrics, different effects or anything like that."
"Yeah! I'll make one tomorrow, I'll tell my family tonight."
"Oh great! Well I'll make a few calls and I'll get back to you in about 3 days, maybe sooner. Now, you've got my number!" She smiles, and we shake hands.
"And thanks for the drink Lisa!" I say, pointing to the drink that she bought me.
"That's what managers are for, it comes with the job!"
"Well I'll look forward to it then!"
We say our goodbyes and I make my way back to the house, picking up the phone to call my mum.
