Chapter 2-The Unexpected

My phone started ringing on my nightstand and i felt around trying to find it. "Hello?" i answerd.

"Hey girl! It's Hannah. We're meeting at Starbucks at 1, wanna come?" hannah said over the phone. 

"Sure, i'll be there. Are we dressing Starkid?" i asked.

"Of course." she said.

"Ok see you guys soon!" i said and hung up the phone.

It was 11am, i had 2 hours before i had to go, so i got up and took a shower. I went through my clothes and picked out my black jeggings, red blouse with R sew on, and black sandals. I put on my clothes, put my sweatband in my pocket, grabbed my phone, wallet, and ipod then went out to my car. I loved my new car especially since my dad bought it for me. It was a light blue Volkswagen convertible with a lighting bolt sticker on the gas cap. I plugged in my ipod, turned on my AVPM playlist and drove off towards Starbucks. It was a beautiful day in Chicago and we were on summer break. We had been talking about college options since we wanted to go to college together. I pulled into the parking lot at Starbucks and went inside. Hannah and Whitney were sitting at a couch by the window. I went and ordered a coffee and muffin and sat down with them. "Hey what's up?" i asked.

"Hey Emma! We were discussing more college options. What do you think of Michigan?" Whitney asked.

"Hmmm, maybe. oh wait isn't that where the starkid cast went?" I asked

"Yeah, They have a great theater program there." Hannah said.

"I think we have a winner. It's a great place since we all want to major in theater." Whitney said.

We laughed and i went to get my order. I turned around and bumped into someone who was also grabbing a coffee. The lid on my coffee flew off and it spilled all over me and the girl. "I'm so sorry! I didn't see you!" i apologized. 

"It's ok, it was my fault. I should have paid attention." she said and walked away.

I couldn't see her face under her baseball cap, oh well. I got  another coffee and sat back down. "Who was that?" Hannah asked. 

"I don't know, didn't ask her name or see her face. She was short though." i said.

"Strange, she looked familiar. Anyways, there is an incoming student tour at Michigan in August. I signed us up."Whitney said. 

"Great, i'll tell my parents later. We should work on our Starkid scripts at my house tonight." I suggested.

"Sure, sleepover?"Hannah asked.

"Fine with me, oh and bring your starkid dolls." i said.

Later that day, i sat at my desk and watched A Very Potter Sequel on my laptop. I kept thinking about the girl at Starbucks. Whitney was right, there was something familiar about her. I watched Draco and Harry fly on brooms and noticed something about lauren lopez. She was about the same size as the girl from earlier and she had the same color hair under the draco wig, Strange. Could it have been her? No way, they live in Michigan. I jumped in my skin at the sound of someone knocking at my bedroom door. "Hannah and Whitney are here" my mom said.

"I'm coming!" i yelled.

I ran down the stairs and opened the front door. "Hey guys! come on up to my room." I said.

We spent the night watching A Very Potter Musical, writing our own script copies. I sat on my bed with my ron doll, Hannah was at the end of the bed with her voldemort doll and whitney was at my desk with her Cedric doll. "Oh i wanna show you guys something!" Hannah said.

She reached into her backpack and pulled a doll with a pink dress. It was an Umbridge/Walker doll she had made. "Check it out, i finished it the other day. I looks just like him." she said.

"Wow, it does, also a little creepy. (laughs) but she's supposed to be." Whitney said.

I laughed and kept writing, till the thought of Starbucks popped into my head again. I thought about whether or not to tell them what i was thinking. They might think i was crazy. "Do you think that girl i bumped into could have been Lauren Lopez?" I asked.

"Hmm, they are the same size. She had the same hair color. But it could have been anyone." whitney said. 

"Where did you get that idea?" Hannah asked.

"I was watching AVPS and i thought they looked alike. Maybe i'm crazy for thinking it." I said.

We talked for the rest of the night and sang our favorite Starkid songs. "....I'm falling in love, falling in love, falling in love....with Joey Richter!" I sang. We laughed so hard, hannah sang the same song but Joe Walkers name and Whitney did the same thing with Tyler. We slowly got tired and fell asleep in my bed with our dolls. I dreamed that we were walking though the halls at UM and with the guys of Starkid. We each kissed our fave and walked away hand-in-hand with our men. Then the dream changed, i was at starbucks and the strange girl was in front of me. She slowly took off her hat and i saw Lauren's face.
