Chapter Two

I was stupid-fied for a moment. Huh?! What the heck is going on now? Galaxy 3G9? Why would there be another galaxy? I thought there is always one galaxy all along. And What's with the 3G9? A code name? Keeping my questions to myself, I suddenly remember my friends, Hikari and Kanna.
"Kaeith! When I appeared, was there two other girls who appeared too?" I asked, eyes staring at him, wide with hope. One look at him and I knew that he didn't. A sudden grief sized me, thinking that my friends had died in the earthquake, or whatever that was.
I must have the look that showed that I was about to cry, because Kaeith said," I'm sure that we can find your friends in the other galaxies or planets."
Suddenly an orange ball of fur jumped up onto my lap and gave a tiny roar. I chuckled and the orange ball of fur, which turns out to be a mini lion, nudged my hand. Guessing what the mini lion wants, I went and ruffle his mini mane. The mini lion gave a low satisfied growl.
I look up at Kaeith and gave him a questioning look. He shrugged his shoulders and said, "I have no idea who this little fellow is. He was there when you appeared in front of me."
He look closely at the mini lion. "Well, I can say that he is a rare breed of lion in our galaxy. His breed is called..."
Kaeith began tapping at a hologram that suddenly appeared in front of him. I frowned. This hologram looking thing, is the first time I ever see it. It seems to be those kind that I watch in sci-fi movies.
"I found it." Kaeith announced. "His breed is called the Geurogika breed.". He paused. Kaeith did the action of scrolling down on the hologram. "Apparently, he chose you as his owner.". He glance past the hologram to look at me and the Geurogika lion. Kaeith's expression changed for a brief moment, before he caught himself and his attention went back to the hologram. Just as the hologram appeared, with one touch from Kaeith, the hologram disappeared.
"So... what are you going to name the little fellow?" Kaeith asked. " You can't possibly leave him nameless."
"I... I haven't thought of any names for him yet."I said sheepishly. I look at the Geuro-something lion.

The mini lion seem to speak to me. I look at the mini lion again. He stared at me as though looking into my very soul. I looked away. 'Wow. That was really creepy.' I thought.
Nonetheless I heard what the mini lion wants me to name him, 'Natsuo'. He had said that. I look up and saw Kaeith, he was waiting patiently for me to name the mini lion. I hesitated, unsure. "Well... How about naming him, Natsuo?".
Saying the name out loud, the newly named lion, Natsuo, look up at the sound of his 'new' name. Kaeith saw the action and commented,"well, it seems that he likes the name.". 'Yeah. Because he named himself.' I thought sarcastically.
Seeing that there was no other topic to talk about, I kept quiet. Kaeith look at me and it seems that he have no idea what to say either. He stare at me while I stare at him. This went on for five minutes. The silence was broken when there was a sudden rap on the door.
"Kaeith?" The voice on the other side of the door called. Kaeith motioned for me to keep quiet. He got up from where he was sitting and run his fingers through his hair as he went to get the door. He open the door slightly to see who that was.
The person must be someone that he doesn't want me to meet or vice-versa. He gave me a look and said that he is going out for a while. I motioned to him that I will stay put here. When the door clicked closed. I was alone with Natsuo in the room.
"Alright." I look at Natsuo. "What should we do?"

(Get to. Know each other. )
"Hm... okay." I sighed. "So first things first. From what Kaeith said, you chose me as your owner. Why did you chose me?" I asked curiously.

(You same as me. Royal blood)
Royal blood huh. That's interesting. I didn't even know I was of royal blood. Now that I think of it, I could actually understand his language. And royal as in..? What kind of royalty?

(You. Heir to throne. Kelta. Bond. )
Shocked was written across my face as Natsuo's voice answered my questions in my mind. Taken aback, I asked him, "How-w..what..Y-you can read minds? Bond? What do you mean?".
ЯΞДD MIИD. He chuckled. ИФPΞ. БФИD SIИCΞ УФЦИG. БФИD. ДБLΞ ΓФ ҜИФЩ. УФЦ ΓHIИҜIИG. ДS УФЦ ҜИФЩ MIИΞ.
(Read mind.) (Nope. Bond since young. Bond. Able to know. You thinking as you know mine.)
Wow. A MINI LION JUST CHUCKLED IN MY THOUGHTS. OMG. That is so cool. "So my little buddy here," I laughed. "Can I know do the 'telepathy' thing that you are doing? Like speaking to your mind?".

(Yes. Me no little. Me strong.)
He sound offended, I giggled and gave him an apologetic look. 'So how do I do the telepathy thing? Is there anywhere I can find a manual book or something? Hmm.' Natsuo must have caught my thoughts because his eyes lighted up and he went running off to one of the bookshelves that was in the room.
I got up of the bed. Only to collapse butt first on the floor. Ouch. I winced at the pain on my butt. Only to realised that my legs are numb. Slowly, I grasp the side of the bed and make my way to where Natsuo is.

Not used to animal listening in to my thoughts, I said out loud,"Not really. It's just that my legs are numb. I hope that I will gain the ability to control my legs soon." I smiled. Assured that I am okay, Natsuo dragged out a book from one of the shelves.
The title wrote:'Geurogika breed: royal blood guide'
Wow. That's brilliant help, Natsuo. Natsuo gave a tiny roar to show that he heard me. But why did Kaeith have such books in his room? Is he a royalty too? Questions began flying about in my mind as I tried to make sense of the book's appearance in Kaeith's library. As I was about to flip open the book, a knock came at the door. "Tessa?" The voice called.
Hearing Kaeith's voice, I quickly hide the book under the desk that was near the bookshelves and make my way back to the bed. There was no reason to hide but my sixth sense tells me that the book has to be hidden from his sight."Er.. yeah?" I replied after I was back to the original position and Natsuo is by my side.
"Can I come in?" Kaeith asked out of politeness despute it being his room. "Yeah. Sure." I replied. The door clucked open and Kaeith appeared. He entered and closed the door behind him. At that moment I have an image of a captured bird, held captive in a cage.
And I was the bird.
I shook off the mental image and look at Kaeith. Kaeith, my angel, mon-ange. The one who brought me to safety after my unexpected landing in front of him. He didn't question the situation and brought me to his place to recover. Now that I think of it, I must have been unconscious for a few hours.
