-Harry-
Back to another year at Hogwarts. It's been three months since Alice died. I miss her like crazy. But I can't think about that now. I'm going to see my friends again, I have my parents back,I have two younger siblings who are starting Hogwarts this year. Maybe life won't be so bad.
Then again, maybe it will be. Because who did I run into as soon as I stepped on the train?
That's right. My parents. They were in the compartment my friends and I usually sit in with another professor.
Great. Just great. I decided if I wanted to walk in or not. I didn't. But then, they saw me, so I had to walk in. This was going to be a long ride.
-Alice-
Being a ghost sucks. I can't do anything. And I was suddenly worried for the twins. With peeves here, things could get interesting.
I had very interesting talks with some of the staff. But mostly Dumbledore.
And we think we may have found a way for me to come back. It's a very old spell. It had been lost for centuries. The incantation was in se excitare mortuis. Or reawaken the dead in Latin. We were going to try it. But there was a reason it had been abandoned. If the spell went wrong or the castor did not have pure intentions, then the spirit would be banished to the land of the dead, never able to return. Needless to say, we both hoped that this worked.
I missed my family. I wanted them back. Harry also deserved a good smack on the head. And that's just what I was going to give him. Stupid selfless little brat.
I started devising a plan. My mother says I'm just as devious as my father. Meaning that, I had to come up with a plan to scare my family when, and if, I came back.
This was going to be good.
