Lily was overjoyed

Alice was excited. This is the boy she had heard about growing up.
Remus was trying to find the logic. Just like his namesake.
Sirius was smiling happily.
They were the Potters. Finally one happy family again.
For now at least.
Then again, she was never meant to die.
