Asuka's POV:

"What I'm trying to say is, if the idol girl had chosen to look through the door chain instead of getting stabbed by a fan, at least the plot would have made sense. Geez, mangakas really doesn't think about plotholes these days.''

''Asuka? What the hell are you mumbling about?''

''Oh? Just reading the new issue of Shonen Jump, Fuutarou. I am actually really glad I took it with me for the trip. Though, certainly not the situation I except to use it. That tree start to look really really annoying...''

Our long awaited field trip has finally began! The first few hours after getting on the bus were pretty nice and everything seemed to be going well—until rural climate decided to flip us off. In short, we have been stuck for a while now due to a sudden snowstorm that hit us before we arrive the hotel.

''Argh! How can ours be the only bus trapped in blizzard...?'' Fuutarou groaned with all of his boredom and pinched his nose. ''Madoka and Kazuma have already arrived the hotel with the student council's separate bus.''

''Don't ruin your mood now.'' I flipped a page. ''Situations like this are common in most slice of life anime anyway. It might be sign of that trip is going to get more exciting over time. Believe in rom-com's, my friend.''

''That sounds even more absurd than the Binding Legend...''

''You're seriously unmatched in undermining people's enjoyment, ugh. I've been staring at that pine tree for 45 minutes, and if I don't convince myself otherwise, I might literally crash out any minute soon.'' I turned the magazine to Fuutarou. ''Here, I can prove that. There's a fan quiz in this month's issue to find your ideal girl type.''

''A piece of paper absolutely cannot figure my ideal type of girl.'' Fuutarou quickly rummaged throught his backpack and painfully realized there are no textbooks to rescue his ass. ''...Fine, I'll take that stupid that only because my books aren't here.''

''No harm in trying, right?'' I licked my thumb and turned the page. ''Let's see. It says answer the questions with honesty and we may learn about your ideal type of girls. Other then siscon, atleast...''

''What—''

''Nothing~! First question...''

''...Hmm?'' Fuutarou closed his eyes shut for a moment to think. ''Guess I'd firmly ask him to leave her alone. If he doesn't escalate. Is this an acceptable answer?''

''That's so you actually, haha. Okay, noted—to the next question!''
