Chapter 11: Now We Know

Normal POV
I got off the bus and headed to my locker. Sonic went with knuckles somewhere so I had to walk by myself.

As I walked by, I saw Bunnie at her locker. She was getting out her math book. She went to go see Cream last night with Ms. Vanilla. I was curious as to how she was doing or if the doctors had said anything.

I walked up next to her locker door. I guess I scared her because as soon as she shut it she screamed.

"AGHHHHH! What the hell Amy?"

"Sorry I was just wanting to see how Creams doing and how you are. I'm here if you need someone."

"Look Amy I'm fine and Cream is the same she was two days ago. I don't need you checking up on me or anything. I'm fine."

"I was just taking interest."

"I don't care! We are not friends! I have friends, okay? You understand?"

"Some great friends they are."

"What was that?"

People were starting to stare at us. I knew this wasn't going to end the way I thought it would. I swear you try to be nice to one girl and it backfires into a butt load of bs.

"I said some great friends they are!"

"You wanna talk about my friends! Let's talk about how your friend Tails won't go visit his fucking girlfriend in the hospital! Let's talk about that. What's up with that?"

Now everyone was looking at us. I keep telling myself to just walk away but I know I have to stay and defend my friend.

"Leave Tails out of this! He'll visit her when he's ready."

"And when is that Amy? When's that? Face it, he ain't ever going."

"What about Mina? Huh? She's on the freaking team and runs off as soon as Cream falls down."

Our friends had been standing there for a sec. Everyone turns their head to look at her. She turns red in embarrassment.

"The whole cheer squad has been to the hospital and delivered teddy bears, get well cards, balloons, and many more sweet things and she can't even go and see if she's alright," I yelled.

"Maybe Mina is the reason she's in there anyway."

Everyone gasped. Mina ran off toward the bathrooms. Wave followed her. Bunnie walked up to me and got in my face.

"Take that back."

"Never," I growled.

We started hitting and hair pulling each other. Sally and Sonic ran after me. I had my hammer out tearing her up. Tikal and Cosmo grabbed Bunnie.

"You and me will have our moment!"

"Yes we will bitch," she yelled back.

I tried to charge again but Sonic gripped my arm.

"No Ames, I don't want you to fight and get hurt. Let's go before teachers come and we're late to class."

Sonic's POV
I took Amy by the arm and sat her down in her chair.

"Ames, you really think that it's Mina's fault?"

"Yes. Rouge maybe right. She said someone made her fall. I know it has to be Mina. I just know it has to be."

I looked at her. I wanted to believe her. I really did but couldn't. Mina doesn't like any of us but she just wouldn't try to harm us. I've always agreed with Amy, but now I'm gonna have to say her and Rouge might be wrong.
