But I felt like a broken-hearted man.
And I lost my balance from the tightrope,
Losing the only one I care for- I couldn't cope
I got pieces of me with you
It'll hurt too if you fall through
But I guess I could endure the pain
Because I am the only one to blame
And I was afraid my dreams would be nightmares,
My days would be torment without someone who cares.
My memories would haunt my waking life,
And living would be plunging in a knife.
I was a nightmare in the first place
You are the only dream catcher who tried to chase
My apology can't get it all back
Forever I'll be broken, it's you that I'll lack
But seeing you in pain, I'd fly to your side,
Whoever's at fault, my love I can't hide.
Tears don't improve your perfect face,
And I'd like to kiss away their every trace.
If what you just said is true
Then don't fall, I'll be there to save you
I'll never give you a twig, for it may break
I'll hold you tight with both my hands, until we're both safe
