The damp night air cloaks me,
It was you I yearned to see.
But the shadows laugh at my pain,
I left my heart to drown in the rain.
And you never knew my pain
When you left me in the pouring rain
White roses I brought- Now I feel so dead
And your white roses have got so red...
So... I guess you've gone to sleep. The care I showed, its pain I reap
The rain soaks my body through my shirt,
But your silence is what really hurts
Your darkened skies are cryingWhile mine stayed soundly sleeping
Am I even good enough
To deserve this, to deserve you...
I heard my heart call
But my head's too busy with its doubtsMy heart got soaked in the rain too
From the very first day, it is with you
You stood waiting at the rainy streetsIf I knew, I'd run and find you
Too late, white roses turned red now
And I'm the only one to blame
