• Jesse's POV •

I woke up this morning by the sun hitting my face. I got up and did my usual morning ritual. Brushed my hair, walked downstairs greeted with a empty house because my parents were both working. I made myself a cup of thee and grabbed an apple.

I walked to the window and looked outside, everything was exactly the same as every morning. The neighbor's dog was running circles in their garden. people were busy getting to work on time, the same old story. But one thing was different this morning. The house across the street was sold.

Walking back to my couch and turning the TV on. I couldn't help but think about what kind of new neighbors we are getting. After about an hour doing nothing I decided I should go for a run and just clear my mind.

I put on some running tights and my FC Barcelona jersey. I brushed my teeth grab my shoes and my keys and walk outside. I plugged my earphones in my iPod, and was about to start running when I bumped into a women.

She was about 40 years old, and she had gorgeous long brown hair.

"Oh my god I'm so sorry I didn't see you there" She said.

"It's okay, it's my fault I was focusing on my IPod instead of the street" I said laughing.

"Oh how rude of me, let me introduce myself. My name is Patricia Mallette but you can call me Pattie. I'm moving to the house across the street with my son Justin." She said with a kind smile.

"Oh nice that means we're neighbors. My name is Jesse Rose" I said shaking her hand."Yes, you and your parents should have dinner at our place once we settle in, I'd like to get to know the neighborhood." She said.

"Yes, I'd love that I'll let my parents know." I said smiling.

"Oops I'd love to stay and talk to you but is really have to go. Moving is so stressing and hurrying." She laughs.

"Yes sure I totally get it. See you soon then?" I said.

"Yes see you soon hun. Byebye!" She said while walking away.

"Bye !" I said waving my hand.

"Nice woman" I think to myself as I press the play button on my IPod and start running.
