I'm sorry if it seems as though I'm not working on this book,but I assure you,I am! I just want to take the time to say what I should have said two days ago.
August 11 was the one-year anniversary of Robin Williams' death,and I am still affected by it. Even now,as I'm typing this,I can feel myself start to cry(which is saying a lot,because I don't usually do).
He was a big part of my childhood:
Genie from Aladdin
Batty from Ferngully
Teddy Roosevelt from the Night At the Museum trilogy,
And so much more that I either can't remember,or refuse to type due to my floodgates about to burst.
That day one year ago,is known as The Day Our Laughter Died,and it is true. Many of us hid the pain behind smiles and laughs,but every laugh I personally do,is one to hide my pain.
