Susanna's POV
It's February 16th, 2016. And can I say even though I'm at work here at Talent Academy, I'm all bubbly and chipper. It's sort of hard to focus. I keep staring at my ring. Bad English teacher!
Anyways my students don't mind much. Today is there first day back after winter break, so I'm giving them a "What did you do over break?" assignment and introducing myself to them as their new teacher. Everyone has been sitting at there desks relatively quietly today. And I'm thanking God that I finally have made it to the final period of the day.
I recognize two of my students as Carrie Patrick and Grace Flowers, the two girls that Joey and I met when we got Rascal at the animal shelter here at the school. "Well, hello again, girls." I smile as they are the first to arrive before anyone else.
"Susanna?" The pair say in unison.
"Yes, I'm your new English teacher." I burst with the joy of it.
"You have a new ring?" Carrie asks, more than states.
I nod. "You have a sharp eye, Carrie."
"Joey proposed!" Grace does a happy dance that much resembles "The Stamper".
I laugh. "I'm going to enjoy having you girls in class." Then an idea hits me. "A class assignment can be helping me out with my wedding planning!"

Wanted to showcase Susanna at her new job. Juices for this story are kind of just squeaking along.... so yeah.... now you guys have the first chapter while I try to decide what happens next.
So... yeah.... my brain is empty of thoughts for this right now.
Why am I still rambling? Okay bye for now.
