Chapter fourteen

Hours pass since Nathaniel confessed his love for me. We stood laying down together in my bed. I'm in his arms and I feel so safe. I look up at Nathaniel, he fell asleep on me. His eyes are shut closed, his lips are open enough to breathe, his hair is messy but still looks good some how. He looks so beautiful. My arm is across his stomach and my leg is across his legs. I am truly happy being here by his side.

"You have a way with the way you take me." I begin. "You make me do things without trying. When you were with Tessa, I felt jealous. Jealous because she had your attention and I didn't. I never told you this because I didn't want you to think I was weird. Remember when I was on top of you and we were kissing? Well after that, I felt very protective over you and when you were flirting with those girls, it made me so mad. I know that must sound ridiculous because it was just a kiss but it was with you. It was you. You're so important to me, I didn't want to realise that because I know how much it would mess me up. I'm giving you my heart Nathaniel, I hope you don't drop it. I'm terrified. I don't want to lose you." I stop whispering to see if he is still asleep, to my luck he still is. I know he can't comprehend what I am saying but I need to tell him this. "You know the reason why I wouldn't do friends with benefits? Because I was afraid I was going to fall in love with you. I'm afraid to fall and you won't been there to catch me. I always denied having feelings for you. I never wanted to realize it but now you know the truth."
