Connie's POV

"Connie!" Eren enthusiastically greets me as I walk into the office break room. Does he ever work? Every time I come in here he's lounging around.

"Hey, Eren! Do you ever actually work? Or do you get paid to lounge around?"

"Hey! I work!" he replies, looking at me like I'm insane.

"Really? Then why is it I never see you outside of the break room?"

"Uh... because I'm hiding."

"From?"

"Err... Levi." I laugh shaking my head.

"Seriously! I thought you two got over that misunderstanding!"

"No, he's still mad," he grumbles.

I chuckle at his pouty expression, "Didn't you apologize?"

"Of course I did!"

"Then why's he still mad?"

"Well, I may have made a mess of his files..." I grin, trying to hold in my chuckles but failing. "Come on its not that funny!"

"It is that funny, because you should already know not to but you do it anyway," I reply, "It's like you never learn! Even though you have shared your office space for so many years!"

"Yea, yea," he grumbles. I just shake my head and get in the fridge to get my lunch out, but its not there.

"Eren do you know what happened to my lunch?" I inquire, knowing he or someone ate it or threw it away.

"I didn't eat it if that's what you're thinking! I threw it out! It was extremely gross looking!"

"That's all I had to eat!"

"Why don't you get your snobby girlfriend, Shanoe or Shaw, to take you out to lunch?"

"Firstly its Shae (p.s I'm not saying anyone named Shae or Shay is snobby. Its just the first name to pop into my brain, kay? o.o) . Secondly I can't because she's having lunch with her girlfriends today. Thirdly she is not a snob," I say exasperated with him.

"I'd beg to differ. You haven't even impressed her with anything, I bet. And many of her friends and such can't see how you're together, right? I'd bet you that she's only dating you because you were either convenient or not someone advisable for her 'status', and she probably has a couple guys on the side too."

"I don't care what you think Eren, you're probably just jealous I have someone who likes me for me. Also she may say some mean things but she would never do that to me, ever. I'm going to see if I can find some food, see ya," I say as I leave the room, fuming.

"She's not the one for you!" He yells after me, which catches Levi's attention causing him to head into the room. Hehe... That'll teach him to say stupid things like that about my girl. And who does he think he is saying that my girlfriend is only dating me for some horrid reasons? I mean, sure I may not be able to impress her over a fancy dinner or something, that doesn't mean she doesn't like me for me, or would cheat on me, right? Maybe I should learn something new to impress her. I think making my way to Christa's desk.

"Hey, Christa," I smile greeting her.

"Hi, Connie. What do you need?"

"I was wondering if you had some food to spare? Someone tossed mine out," I say giving her puppy dog eyes.

"He did it again?" she giggles, and I nod, "Ok, I think I have a bit of extra food I didn't eat that you can have."

"Score!" I respond as she opens her lunch box and pulls out a pasta dish.
