For over a year now, I’ve been getting so many requests for Chaos 3, and I swear I’ve been reading them all like… ‘should I? …can I??’
But here’s the truth: I’ve been hesitant.
My writing style has changed a lot. I’m not the same person who wrote Chaos 1, and I’m definitely not the same person who wrote Chaos 2. I haven’t written humour in a long while, and honestly? I have no idea how that would even turn out anymore.
If you’ve been following my recent works, you’ve probably noticed that I’m currently deep in my heavy-plot era. Like… drama, mystery, pain, complicated emotions-- I’m basically swimming in them at this point.
And Chaos has always been a light book. So I’ve been scared that I might not match the energy you guys loved so much.
But-- hear me out-- I’m willing to try.
I actually have a really interesting plot in mind (which, let’s be honest, you guys kind of secretly voted for already).
I’m not publishing the book right away.
I’m thinking a few months to write the draft, see if my brain and emotions are even in the right place for this, and decide from there.
So if you’re sure-- like really sure-- that you’re open to Chaos being a bit more serious (not just jokes flying left and right), then I need your vote. You can vote on this poll as many times as your heart desires.
