When I woke up the next morning, Mason was gone but he left me a present on my bedside table.

Four Pixxi Stixx.

Oh my Lord.

Did he want Leah to die? Oh who cares!!

I scrambled out of bed and only managed to wind up in a tangled mass with my comforter on the ground. I struggled to get free and when I finally did, jumped up and snatched the Pixxi Stixxs from the bedside table and hurried to the bathroom.

"YES!," I shouted with glee. "Oh my sweet love, how I've missed you!" Yes, I know that me slinking off towards the bathroom is very sketchy behavior, but I guess you could say that the lovely Pixxi Stixx and I have a history. Thanks to the suger incedent of July, 2002, my mother had offically banned all items that had anything to do with sugar from the house. No soda, candy, cookies, icecream, NOTHING. Let's just say I was very put off by that but managed to sneak Pixxi Stixx into the house and at one point, I was so hyper that my mom had to restrain me.

I'd have to personally thank Mason for helping ruin the no sugar rein. mwahahaha.

I ripped the tops off of all four of them at the same time and dumped the contents into my mouth. I swallowed and smiled. Ten minutes. I only had ten minutes before the sugar would take over! I hurriedly ran around my room and threw on a pain of ripped skinny jeans and an over-sized Green Day tshirt. I loved them almost as much as I loved Pixxi Stixx! I ran a brush through my hair and put my red converse on my feet and sat on the edge of the bed. I had three minutes.

Three minutes later, Leah pulled up. I could feel the sugar slowly working it's way into my bloodstream and I had a sudden boost of engery. I ran downstairs and snatched my backpack off the ground and was in Leah's car in seconds. She took in my darting eyes, cheshire grin, and the fact that I was bouncing in the seat.

"Who. Gave. You. Sugar," she demanded. I giggled wildly and started to draw on the window by breathing on it and drawing designs in the condensation. Leah hated this. She reached over and snatched my hands and placed them in my lap. Then, still holding my wrists with one hand, she reached behind her and got a roll of duct tape and proceeded to wrap my hands in them. When she was done, she sat back, satisfied. She rolled out of my driveway and turned up the radio.

Then I started to wave my duct taped hands in the air in time with the music and managed to gain so much momentum that I smacked Leah in the face. The car swerved for a moment before she pulled over and glared at me.

"That's it!" she exclaimed before grabbing the duct tape once more and wrapped it around my arms, pinning them to my sides.

"Hey," I prostested and started bouncing agian. She smacked me upside the head and started driving us to school again. I kept bouncing but she ignored it.

By the time we got to school, I had duct tape on my arms, hands, mouth, eyelids, legs, and my hair was up in a strict bun. You don't even want to know. She slowly unwrapped me and took my hair out. I slumped in the seat, spent.

"Now," she said in a low tone. "Who gave you the damn Pixxi Stixx?"

"Pretty-boy Mason," I replied, a smug grin on my face. She smirked and pointed out my window.

"He is so dead," she told me as she got out of the car and slammed her door. I hurried to follow her and when I finally caught up, she was screaming at Mason and he looked terrified. I found this hilarious, considering how he's supposed to be next in line for Alpha and all. I barely held back a laugh as Leah continued her rant.

"And I'd just like to know what was going through your thick head when you gave her freakin' PIXXI STIXX!" She said the name of my beloved with such hatred so that I had no choice but to stand behind her back and mimic her. I watched as Mason unsuccesfully held back a laugh and burst into hysteric giggles on the ground. Leah whipped around and caught me mid-word.
