'Anastasia' will be my first true attempt at historical fiction. I've written in the genre before (very casually) back when I was a weird little 13-year old, but never with the intention of producing a full story. I should also mention that history is not my forte, but I make every effort to ensure all information is historically accurate.
A few things to note about this story:
1. It is historical fiction. This means that it's a story based on a certain person, event, or time period in history. I am not writing a biography of Anastasia Romanov. I'm taking a person, whose supposed survival is widely-debated, and creating a story based on the legend of her survival.
2. For story-telling purposes, some minor elements may be historically inaccurate. This is done on purpose in order to ease the flow of the story.
3. None of the chapters are properly edited. I'm not a grammarian, but I do my best to clean up any mistakes before posting. If you do see something that is incorrect, just message me and I will fix it!
With all of that out of the way, read on! And if you like it, vote and comment at the end of the chapter. :)
