Note: me thinks dis chapter is gonna be sappy and cheesy and not-totally-my-genre and not-totally-my-forte. So forgive me if it's too cheesy, cuz I rly don't write stuff like that. Just a "friendly" reminder :'>

Cole's POV
A week later ~
Okay, so being the guy with the blasted knee is hard. It meant that you have to use a wheelchair, or crutches for two damn weeks. But by looking at the bright side, everything is alright. Kaye told me that Aliana has already recovered. There was no trace of trauma or anything.
And today is a happy day, because I'm going to see the love of my life again. Even if I use this wheelchair. But heck yeah, Logan is going to be my caretaker *insert evil laugh* HAH am I one evil cousin.
"Could you please be quicker for a little?" I groan at him, who was pushing the wheelchair at a slow pace.
Logan rolled his eyes. "You're heavy, that's why the wheelchair is slow."
"Every guy is heavy," I state. "Every guy weighs more than the average amount of weight."
"Just shut up, human encyclopedia." He laughed as we enter the elevator.
I grunted. "I can push myself in this wheelchair faster than you."
"Then I won't push you from now on and just take care of yourself."
"Deal!"
As we exit the elevator, I push myself in my wheelchair and feel the adrenaline in my veins. I never felt tired at all, I just pushed the wheels and let it roll towards Aliana's designated room.
"Slow down, chum." Logan chuckled as he knocks on the door.
"I can't slow down!" I exclaim, sounding more enthusiastic than I should. I really can't slow down, since I want to see the love of my life.
They say that when you encountered a big problem and you solved it, your life could be great. What's life without challenges? Be scared if you're living a dream when you didn't encounter a problem. Our goal on earth is to find our purpose, living a dream is just a bonus when you know that you did the right thing. And here I am, I guess I could be living a dream starting now.
By the time we saw Aliana's room, it was guarded with security. Of course it will be guarded, since duh, they're famous and Ariana explained to me that this problem should be not known or low-profiled. If the media knew that Aliana was once in danger, they'll jump into millions of conclusions until the sisters may not take it anymore.
"Hey, Tony." Logan greets one of the security. "Aliana's boyfriend is going to visit her. I have proof, I can call Ariana Grande if you want."
Tony laughed. "It's not like I don't know you, Logan. I was once your bodyguard. And Ms. Grande told me to let you guys in. So you may come in."
"Thanks so much dude." My cousin grinned, patting the bodyguard's shoulder before pushing my wheelchair inside the room.
"Aliana. Give me your ace of spades."
"Dammit, how did you know?"
"You got mine earlier, duh."
"Okay, okay I get it!"
"Aliana?" I say, before pushing back the curtains to meet her face. I closed my eyes first as Logan wheels my wheelchair close to her. That was the moment when I felt my heart race again, the moment when I opened my eyes.
The side of her lip was bruised; there were a couple of stitches on her arms; there were gauze pads on her shoulders; her usually healthy skin was now pale and her eyes seemed to twinkle even if they were dark bags underneath them. Besides all of her flaws, they were beautiful. Her flaws make her strong. I put a hand over my mouth.
