Aliana's POV

"I'd rather die than to be your prom date, Smith. You're ugly. Ew!"

I'm watching Dianne snob on Lance Smith. Seriously, she is beyond irritating. If Lance would ask me, it's alright. Hey, they deserve a chance, right? Maybe if I didn't approve, both of us may don't have partners. Which means, no date-no dance.

My thoughts were soon erased as I saw Lance's fists clench, his face burning with desperation and embarrassment, and Dianne's smirking face. I swear I saw her mouth, 'ugly', as she rolled her eyes and walked away. She's always like that, always playing hard to get.

"Boo." I heard someone whisper in my ear as I bolted up and looked behind me. I swear that my eyes glimmered and my lips curled onto this huge grin. I looked like an idiot, I swear! Bwaha.

"Greyson?" I gasped, him smiling and waving at me, "That's me." He approved.

Okay, forgive me to say this but, I have this tiny crush on him. So the way he smile: it almost melted me like I was in a burning chamber of furnace. But, no, I'm not sweating like mad, duh, but I feel like it.

"What are you doing here?" I breathed in, smiling.

"Well, I decided that I should take a break from homeschooling and have a little friends and school life." He said, adjusting the bridge of his nerdy glasses. It's totally cute, I tell you.

"That's... cool." I chuckle, "By the way, you want to join me? Since you enrolled late, do you want me to help you catching up?"

"Awesome. Sure!" He agrees, giving me a high-five.

"Uhm, what's your homeroom number?" I asked nervously, hoping that he would be my classmate.

He took a look from his schedule and sucked his teeth. "Room 10-B."

I gasped happily. Yes! He's my classmate! Thank the heavens. "May I see your schedule?" I asked as he gave me his schedule.

I took a good look at it and smiled. We both have the same schedule, but only one subject is his outcast. Which is math and I hate math. That's why I never chose that subject.

"Dude, you and I have the same sched! Not only for your Math time, though." I said. He pouted.

"Aw, I wanted to spend the rest of the school year with you always." He mutters.

Stop making me fall for you, Chance.

"You son of a peach." Austin chuckles to Greyson as they bro-hugged.

"You didn't even tell me you got here!" Austin says.

"Sorry, bro." Greyson apologized, sitting beside me as Austin sat on his left. So it's me on Greyson's right.

"So I've heard that Grande over here is tutoring you until the 4th?" Austin asked Greyson. Instead of Greyson replying, I replied.

"Yeah, I'll be teaching him Chemistry, French, AP Calc, Science, English, Social Studies, a bit of Phys Ed and Music."

"That's so cool. Anyway, subjects are real tough right now, Chance," Austin says.

"I know, Mahone. Curse me and my stupid Chemistry mind." Greyson said. What's with the Last Name Syndrome?
