ARTEMIS POV

I walked through the apartment, marveling at each room.  I opened the room to the last door and found the master bedroom.  The walls were sea green with swirls of silver in it.  There was a king sized bed in the center of the room and huge chest of drawers lining one wall.  There was a door that led to the balcony.  In the bathroom, there was a shower, toilet (obviously), and a huge tub.  Big enough for two...Aphrodite!  I heard her tinkling laugh in my head.  Percy walked into the bathroom, and he chuckled at the bathtub.

"What does Aphrodite think that we're going to do?" He asked, and I just shook my head.  I walked back into the bedroom and jumped onto the bed, stretching my arms out as far as they would go.  I sat up as he sat down next to me.  I put my head on his shoulder as he turned to face me.

"So, we're out in the real world now.  How do we do this?" I asked.

"Well, the Olympians can still trace me, at least.  And we can still use Iris-Messages."

"Do you think that we should start looking for jobs and stuff?"  He nodded.

"But, let's figure that stuff out tomorrow."  He leaned in and kissed me.  I kissed back, and it soon turned into an all-out make-out session.  We were interrupted when Apollo banged on the doorway.  We sprang apart as he opened the door.  We were facing opposite walls, and I was playing with my fingers.  Apollo stared at our position, which was on opposite sides of the bed and hurriedly left the room.   Percy started to laugh, and I joined him.  He stood up, and walked in front of me just as I was standing up on the bed.  Bad idea.  I jumped on his back.

"Artemis, get off!" He said, trying to throw me off.  I held on.  Years of hunting gives you an unknown amount of strength, especially after having to strangle prey with your bare hands.

"Never!   Giddy-up, horsey!" I yelled back, forcing him out of the room.  Apollo was in the living room, turning the TV remote over in his hand.  He looked at us for a second.

"Artemis, get off him and help me figure out this remote," he called, and I reluctantly slid off Percy's back.  My boyfriend went to help Apollo as I used my laptop to look up job/college opportunities.  That's right!  I know how to use a laptop.  I found something for Percy almost immediately.  He walked over after turning the TV on for Apollo.  I began to rub my shoulders as I searched the web.

"Percy, there's an opening at a marine life college,". I pointed out.  I printed out the form, and my boyfriend started filling it out.

"Artemis, what do you want to do?" Percy asked me.  I pointed to a national competition for singing.  "Win a scholarship to a top music school and a record deal.". I nodded my head before stopping at his confused expression.

"What's wrong?". I asked, and he shrugged.

"You just don't seem like the kind of person who would enter a singing contest.". I shook my head at him.  I signed up, with 'June Peacock and Minne Wise' as my backup singers. "Who's June Peacock and Minne Wise?"

"Athena and Hera.  They are the ones who suggested this competition.". He stared at me, shocked.

"You're entering a competition with Athena and Hera?  Apollo said from the couch, shocked.
