Chapter Twelve: Busted

C h a p t e r  T w e l v e :  

"Where we're you Ms. Azrielle Danielle Harris?" Aaron was sitting on the sofa, and his arms we're crossed.

"Yes, sister. Where we're you? And why do you have a stuff penguin?" Pete asked. I hid the penguin at my back and lowered my head. BUSTED. 

Aaron went near me and just stood centimeters away. "Did you skip?" He's voice was cold. I realized that I didn't replied a single text to him since I saw the messages.. "Don't even try and lie since I came over your house and you weren't here." 

"Okay, I did," I said in a small voice.

"With Dylan?" I nodded my head slightly. Sheet his mad.

"Did you even bring us dinner?" Pete asked. His voice was slightly mad and it has a tone of annoyance.

My eyes open widely after realizing the tone of his voice, he's mad too.

"Wait! Since when did you guys get buddy-buddy?!" I pointed at Aaron "Pete hates you!"

"Since Aaron told me you didn't attend school," Pete said with a 'duh' voice. "So you have no food? Cause if you don't I'm on his side." I shook my head. Damn! I forgot his food.

I hate myself. "Okay, Im officialy at his side." Pointed at Aaron. God, when these two are together, their like cops and I'm the innocent suspect trying to prove them that I didn't do anything bad. But in this situation, I skipped and forgot to buy food for my bro. So basically I did something bad.

"Okay. I skipped and I forgot to buy dinner. Can we just drop this?" I sighed in frustration.

"No," they both said in unison.

"No? No?! Why 'No'?" Aaron placed his hand in my shoulder, I tried to shake it off but I couldn't. He just held it tighter.

"Coz what you did was bad, and you need a punishment." he casually said. 

"You're not my mom or my dad! You can't do that!" I said with an angry tone "Petey, tell this guy to get out of our house."

My brother smiled at me "Nah. I actually like him. Again. I guess we can be friends again. Right A?"

Aaron winked at him "You're right P."

"You GUYS are unbelievable. You can't punish me! You're not my parents!" I whined.

"Well, if you don't want to let your parents about this then, you have to listen to us." Aaron threatened me.

"Are you threatening me?!"

"I guess your parents would want to know what little innocent Ellie did today." He sang.

"Okay! Okay! I'll follow you guys only for today."

"Nope, the whole month." Aaron said.

"Month?!" Both of them nodded their heads

"or do you want us to tell--" "

Fine! One month," I said I raised my hands.

"And you can start by buying a pizza for dinner. Chop! Chop! Azilla!" Pete said.

I groaned and dialed the number to buy a big box of pizza. After a few minutes, the pizza guy arrived. I paid for it (as always) and handed the pizza to the boys.

Hey Ellie! Give me water." I glared at Aaron. "Please," he pouted at me. I stood up and got water for Aaron.

"Thanks Ellie baby." Damn that guy can be sweet most of the time, but he can be very annoying and very frustrating at times. And this would be the time. I handed the water to him, and went back eating my slice of pizza.

Aaron and Pete are getting well, like old times. I wonder what did Aaron do to Pete to make him like him again. After an hour, they finally finished eating. They told me to wash the dishes, well they ordered me. Pete and Aaron were playing Call of Duty. They we'rw screaming and laughing at the same time.

When I finished I went up and washed up. I placed on some short shorts and a sleeveless shirt. I bunned my hair and took out a book at my shelves. I felt like reading today.I laid down as my eyes we're reading. I was hugging Mr. Gui, the penguin toy that Dylan gave me.

Dylan. I should text him. I brought out my phone and started a text.

Me: Hey Dylan. Thanks for today. i really enjoyed it. Thanks too for Mr. Gui, the toy you won. I'm hugging him right now :)

Dylan replied after a few seconds.

Dylan: its a good thing you enjoyed. Keep that smile on your okay? Mr. Gui. That's really his name?  It's a  cute name. Imagine the penguin as me, it will make you feel happier. ;)

I rolled my eyes. And replied back

Me: whatever Dylan. :P

Dylan: hahahaha. Duke says hi.

Me: You're with him? Say hi to Lorax from me.

Dylan: He said to call him Awesome Duke or Sexy Hot Duke.

Me: I prefer Lorax. It suits him!

Dylan: hahahah! I need to go, see vou tomorrow?

Me: okay :) sweet dreams.

Dylan: sweet dreams. :) 

I placed down my phone book and picked my book. I started to read again, then I fell my eyelids falling.

I felt that someone was carrying me. I didn't like to open it for I was too lazy and I would want to go back to sleep. I just snuggled closer to whoever it is, I just want to sleep an keep my eyes closed. I hear that perspn giggled. He placed me back on my bed and tucked me in. I hear him fix somethings in my room. The bed was sinking as he laid down just beside me. He kissed my forhead.

"It's a good thing you're safe. Night Ellie. Love you." Then I drifted back to sleep.
