"So you are telling me that the turkey cross the road because the chicken was on vacation?" My best friend, Lynn asked, and raised an eyebrow at me.

"Yeah! You don't believe me?" She throws her head back and started laughing.

"Azrielle, I love you. But your jokes are too corny to handle and to listen," I giggled.

"Whatever," I rolled my eyes and stared at my lunch. I hated it. Really. It looks so squishy and gross. Note to self, don't buy squishy looking cafeteria food that would cause diarrhea in the near future.

"Pst Azrielle! Look!" Lynn started poking my side. I looked at her, and she was staring something in front of us.

"What?" I started to get  irritated with her pokes.

"It's Dylan! He's heading towards our table!" I squealed, acting like a starstruck fan girl.

When he reached our table, he sat in front us. "Hey Lynn. Hey Azrielle," looking at me. I looked down with a blush that came across at my face.

"Hey Dylan," I smiled from ear to ear. Hoping that he wouldn't notice the blush on my face.

I have a huge crush on him since I moved to the city a year ago. We first met at our literature class. We became partners for a project, then the next thing you know we became close friends. We hanged out every now and then, like watch movies, eat lunch together or just play some video games.

"So Azy, wanna watch a movie this Friday night?" Azy was his nickname to me since he said my name was quite long to pronounce, but I love it when he calls me Azy.

"Suuuuuuure!" I replied without thinking. I know that all three of us (Me, Lynn, & Dylan) will end up together and watch a movie like G.I. Joe, The Croods or whatever movie is available in the cinemas. The best part of this is that he will  be treating us the tickets and popcorn since he asked us to watch.

"How about me? You won't invite me to join your movie date?" Lynn butted in our litte conversation.

I give a "what-the-heck" look at her. "First of all, it's not a date! Second, I think Dylan would't mi-"

"Actually, I would only want Azy to come with me," He looked at me then her again "Don't worry. I promise you that I will invite you the next time Azy and I will go out."

Lynn raised a brow "Sure. Whatever," she started eating her slice of pizza, leaving Dylan and I alone to talk.

"Are you sure you don't want Lynn to come? I mean, all three of us are friends and all. It would be mean if we leave her alone." I whispered to him.

"Azrielle. I want it to be us only. Don't worry I won't harm you or anything. All I want is a guy and a girl to have a wonderful date." He gestures to the both of us.

"A-a-a date?" I started to freak out a little. I can't believe he's asking me out.

He blushed, and looked at his feet. Oh my he's blushing. That's so cute. "Y-y-yeah. If you don't mind, I would like to take you to a date."

I looked at Lynn with an "OMG" expression, but when I looked at her, her mouth was wide open. She mouthed a 'Go get it! Say yes! Seize the moment.'
