SABRINA'S POV - Age thirteen

It's been a while since I've been kidnapped. I can't tell the days apart anymore. There's a window in my "room" but it's very little. I can just barely peek out and watch the sun set and rise. My room is only lit when the sun is out, which means nearly all of it is dark. It's extremely difficult to see. Or, well, it is for a normal human.

For me, since I've gotten here, I've discovered two more bionics. Night vision and animal manipulation. I can see in the dark and use my telepathy to control and talk to animals. It's cool and all, but I'm still glum. Who wouldn't be? I think my kidnapper is going to use me for bad things. Maybe make me into a villain?

I have been forced to train too. If I don't train, then Anon (my kidnapper's nickname) says he'll kidnap Adam, Bree, and Chase as well. So I simply obey his orders and follow his instructions. After all, he knew where we lived, right?

Suddenly, I was shaken from my thoughts by my cell door creaking open. Anon's dark voice rang out dangerously low, making me tremble. "Come on. Time for training," he commanded, motioning towards the exit of my room. I just nodded obediently, following him out of the room.

Anon led me away to our typical training room. It was more of an arena, due to its size. There were jumps, obstacles, weapons, and more. They were all dangerous to ordinary humans. Seeing as I wasn't a normal person, they weren't very harmful to me.

When we began training, I was shaking with fear. I could only nod and mutter small words, due to my constant worry. I was so scared to mess up. What if he hurt me again? What if he kept his threat, and captured Adam, Bree, and Chase too?

I shook my head, snapping myself from my stupor. I nodded to Anon, who had told me to get my head in the game. I began following his lead, obeying every command like a dog. Whatever he told me to do, I did it. I just couldn't stop myself. There was nothing I could do. I had already lost the battle.

And then, a brilliant idea came to mind. I had to hide my relieved smile as I went over my plan. I was to snatch up a blade from the shelf of weapons, stab Anon, and then somehow escape and contact Mr. Davenport.

So I carried out my strategy. I slowly drifted closer and closer to the collection of weapons, making sure to keep Anon from growing suspicious. I was just a couple yards from the shelf now. I was so close!

"Why are you by the weapons?" Anon suddenly asked.

And then I took that as my chance. I raced towards the weapons, grabbing the first thing I saw. It was a sword. It was slightly heavy, but I made sure to keep encouraging myself. I had to escape! Somehow, just somehow!

So I pelted towards my kidnapper, eyes narrowed in determination. I let out a growl in effort, swiftly jumping up and taking the blade towards Anon's shoulder. I fell back towards him due to gravity, causing me to land right beside him.
