Chapter Twenty-Four

Angela's POV

I was crying in my bed and thinking about what Ethan said. I wish my life was different but ii am stuck with this life. I wanted to be married before I had children. I wanted to be a doctor. I wanted to have a loving husband who would be apart of his kids life.

My dad came in and sat next to me. "Daddy I am so sorry I put everyone through this", I say crying. "I ruined everyone's life", I added. "Angie look at me you, you didn't ruin our life", he says. "Your mother and I wish you had sex when you were older but we are happy that we have to two beautiful grandchildren", he says. "Have you seen them yet", I asked. "No I wanted to see them with you", he says. "Do you want to see Isabella and Ethan Jr.", I ask. "Yes I would love to", he says. He helped me out the bed and we walked to the nursery where the babies were.

We saw a couple nurses where the babies were. "Is everything okay", I asked the nurse. "Uh...Yes Isabella is doing a lot better. But we aren't sure if she is going to be stable for the next couple days. Ethan Jr. is not having any problems but we are just concerned what if body temperature which is dropping", the nurse says. "Could I do anything I say", I asked. "Yes you can hold Ethan Jr. skin to skin so you can warm him up", she says. My body filled with happiness because I could finally hold one of my babies. "Okay", I say. "Sweetie I will be right outside if you need anything" my dad said. "No it's fine, I want you to be here when I hold him", I say. He smiles at me and then hugs me. The nurse picked him up and gave him to me.

When I felt him in my arms I stared to cry. I was so happy I had him in my life. "Hi Ethan, I'm your mommy and I love you and your sister so much", I say to Ethan Jr. When I said that he started to smile and then he looked at me. He closed his eyes and then curled up into a little ball.

"How much do they weigh", I asked. "Ethan weighs 2 pounds so he gained 2 ounces. Isabella weighs 1 pound 7 ounces so she gained 1 ounce", she says. "So will it be safe to for them to move to the children's hospital in North Carolina", my dad asked.  "Yes we are just going to have two nurses in the helicopter", the nurse says. "When do they leave", he asked. "On Tuesday, so 3 days", the nurse says. "When will be discharged", I ask. "You be leaving tomorrow morning", she told my.

I was holding Ethan for about 20 minutes and then he started to cry. His cry sounded like a kitten. "Here let me take him", the nurse said. I gave him to the nurse and then walked to my room with my dad.

"I can't believe my baby has babies", my dad said with a tear in his eye. "I can't believe it either", I say to him. "I think I am going to move to Los Angeles in three months when the babies are healthy enough to travel that far", I say. My dads eyes filled with sadness. "You are going to be alone in LA with no one to protect you", he say. "No I'm not going to be alone, Aiden is going to be moving with me to", I say.  "Oh that is even better, I will miss you so much", he says. "Dad I am moving in 3 months, let's not think about the future", I say.

Ethan POV

We arrived at the hotel and I couldn't stop thinking about what I said to Angela. I decided to take a walk with Grayson so I could get things off my mind.

While we were walking we heard some footsteps behind us. "Well, Well look who it is".

Who was the guy following Ethan and Grayson? Why is Angela and Aiden moving to LA?
