Chapter 2

"Oh god, I am so sorry...I wasn't looking where I was going" at the same time he says "Oh shit, I'm sorry I didn't pay attention.." I dry myself off with my jacket. "No it's alright" I look up at the most amazing blue eyes looking back at me, I feel my face heat up and I smile at him. ''Well I feel awful, could I at least buy you a drink? uh wait, i'm not going to get my ass beat by your boyfriend for asking that right?" i giggle and shake my head. "No, i'm single and yes you can" he starts smiling and we both get drinks and sit down somewhere.

 "I'm Adam by the way" I look up at him to find him already looking at me. "I'm Rain, It's nice to meet you Adam" we lock eyes and I can feel myself begin to blush, I give him a smile and look away. There was a loud noise and I look over, a shorter member of the band dropped his guitar, he's picking it back up and he cussed loudly. Adam chuckles and I laugh. "Have you ever listened to three days grace?" I look at him and he starts smirking. "A little yeah, how about you are you some fangirl?" I smile and shake my head no. "Never heard of them, I can't wait to hear them play".

 "Adam, we need you. Get your ass up here diva" I look at him and he winks at me then says "I'll see you later Rain" he runs up to them and grabs his guitar. I look around for Maddie, I spot her sitting by some guy, chatting a way and I sit next to her. "This song is World So Cold" a bunch of people cheered as they began playing. 

"Do you ever feel me

Do you ever look deep down inside, staring at yourself, paralyzed

I feel numb, I can't come to life i feel like i'm frozen in time..."

when he sang those lyrics I couldn't tear my eyes away from him.

he played a few more songs. he looked right at me and winked at me, I smile and feel my face heat up. 

As the boys were finishing up I went to grab a drink and walked past a guy who grabbed my butt. "Hey baby girl, looking for fun" I give him a pissed look. "No so screw off and don't touch me" I turn to walk off as he grabs my arm. "Come on cutie" I tell him to let go while trying to get free. "Why don't you let leave her the fuck alone?" I look and see Adam standing near the guy, he looks pissed. "Look pal this doesn't concern yo-" he was cut off when Adam punched him in the face. My eyes went wide, he punched him again then went over to me. "You alright?.." I nodded and smiled at him. "Thanks" he gave a smirk and said "Anything to save the damsel in distress" 

a few people come walking over asking for pictures of Adam. He's taken off guard and accepts and tries to talk to me after hurrying with the pictures, I smile at him as I walk away. I giggle and make my way over to find Maddie but she's no where in sight. I go outside and see her car is gone. She left me!

 I sit down and shake my head. I try to call her but she doesn't answer. "Rain?..you alright?" he sits next to me. "Yeah it's just that my friend left me and she was my ride" he says "Oh. well I would offer you a ride but I don't think you want to be squished between 2 sweaty guitar players, so do you want me to walk you home? if it's too far I'll carry you" I laugh and say "Sure, I don't live far thank god but I would like that" he smiled, I smiled back then stood up. We started walking. "I have a question.." i glance at him. "What is it?" there was a little pause.
