"Halt!" yelled Yellow Diamond as she walked across the middle of the battlefield.
All gems, Crystal Gems and Homeworld Gems, stopped and looked over at Yellow Diamond.
"Well, Homeworld Gems, we have won. We have their prizes and-" Yellow Diamond tossed the pearl again. "-one of their warriors!"
The Homeworld Gems cheered. Sugilite unfused and Amethyst and Garnet landed on their feet.
"Is that-?" started Amethyst.
"Pearl," said Garnet.
Yellow Diamond tossed the pearl up in the air again. Amethyst summoned her whip and by the next time Yellow Diamond threw the Pearl in the air, Amethyst threw out the whip and caught the pearl. Amethyst brought the pearl back to her and caught it in her hand.
Yellow Diamond shrugged. "Oh well. We already have what we wanted. Let's go."
The Homeworld Gems followed Yellow Diamond back where they came. The Crystal Gems slowly moved towards the beach house.
"Jasper?" called Yellow Diamond. "Jasper! Ugh, I knew I shouldn't have trusted her. She is probably capturing some."
A few minutes later, when the Homeworld gems were out of sight, a gem ship flew off back to space.
Garnet looked up in the sky, walking shakily as she headed to the beach house. Lapis, Garnet, and Amethyst went inside and sat on the couch.
"Where is Steven and Connie?" Lapis asked, looking around.
Amethyst sat up. "Steven? Connie!"
Garnet had her head in her hands, a grimace on her face. Amethyst ran around to look for Steven. Lapis stayed on the couch but looked around.
"Oh no." Garnet stood up and looked at Lapis and Amethyst, who were both standing and facing Garnet. "The Homeworld Gems must have them."
