Throughout my break ups and my friends break up I learned there are typically three ways to take a break up.
Mad. Sad. IDC.
Mad: Let's face it everyone likes to be told there right so complaining about your ex and then someone agreeing with you, will help get your confidence back up and also help to get your emotions out.
Sad: This way you'll totally need a shoulder to cry on, break up songs and tissues. Just like the mad way, this will help you to get your emotions out, but your confidence will boost based upon the person you're talking to.
IDC: You don't care. Congrats, you may be heartless. Cool.
