~Shaylynns POV~
I turned around to meet brown eyes.Not like Cameron's chocolate brown ones though.These were dark and not very appealing.

"Alex,what do you want?"I said irritated.

"I want my best friend to be happy again,and because your with that prick Cameron,that's not happening."He said angrily.

"Well then-"I was cut off by a big splash around me.

I looked to see Cameron punching Alex and saying things like "Stay away from her" or "She's mine you prick".I felt two arms around me and these I recognized.I tensed up for moment until the person said to me,
"Shay,it's okay.Its just me,Jack."I relaxed into Jack J's arms.He held onto me as the rest of the boys were trying to pry Alex and Cameron away from each other.Once they finally did,Alex just smirked at me.I just wanna smack that smirk right off his face.He winked at me before walking away.

"Baby are you okay? Did he hurt you?"Cameron asked me.

"Yeah.But where were you?"I asked him curiously.

"I um,so are you sure your okay?"He asked me avoiding my question.

"Yeah I'm fine."I said as I walked back to my blanket.I sat down and pulled out my phone and got on Twitter.I felt someone sit next to me.I figured it would be Cameron you know considering he is my boyfriend.Instead,it was Shawn.

"Hey Shaylynn,I have a question."It was Shawn.

"Yeah Shawn?"I said to him as I locked my phone and put it back in my bag.I looked at him and he had a blank expression on his face.

"Um,well,how exactly would you react if I were to tell you Cameron just left?"He asked unsurely.

"H-he left?"I asked with a lump in my throat.

"Yeah.I walked over to him and asked if he was okay but he just clenched his jaw and walked up to his car then left."He said.

"Why?"I asked.

"I don't know.I saw him talking to Jenna before all that happened though."He said referring to the incident that happened about twenty minutes ago.

"Jenna? As in Jenna from the first day I came here Jenna?"I asked raising my voice a tad bit.I may have been overreacting but hey,he's my sexy ass boyfriend and she's queen bitch.I bet she has her own club called the 'Bitchettes'.

"Yeah."Shawn said looking down.

"Well,I'm gonna go home Shawn.You need a ride?"I asked him standing up putting my shorts and shirt back on.He just simply nodded and stood up with me.He dusted the sand off his butt and put on his tank top since he was in just his swim shorts.

I gathered my things and walked to my jeep.I put the stuff in the back and hopped on the front seat while Shawn got in the passenger seat.I put the key in the ignition and started it.I turned on the radio and one of my favorite songs came on.Ig was Marry Me by Jason Derulo.

I sang along to the rest of the song until it went off.I finished and Shawn started clapping.

"Shaylynn what the fuck? Your amazing!!!!"He exclaimed.

"Um thanks.I used to sing karaoke a lot when I was younger."I said smiling.

"You hit all the notes perfectly and your voice is beautiful."He said shyly.

"Aww thanks Shawnie boy."I said reaching over and pinching his cheek while still keeping my eyes on the road.We pull up to a red light and I stop.I look over at the car next to us and see Olivia with Austin's friend Robert.First she texts him,now they ride together?What the fuck is going on?I was pulled away from my thoughts by Shawn telling me to go because the light is now green.I begin driving again as Shawn and I talk on the rest of the ride home.He began telling me about this girl he likes named Maddie.He said she's gorgeous and had these amazing eyes and smile.I smiled because he truly liked her.

"Why don't you ask her on a date Shawn?I asked him.

"Because I'm scared.What if she doesn't like me?"He asked worriedly.

"Shawn,your an amazing guy.Your funny,smart,you can sing,and you know how to make a girl feel special.If she doesn't like you,she is missing out on something big."I said to him with a smile.

"Thanks Shaylynn.So,where are we going?"He asked curiously.

"Wanna get some icecream then go to the park?"I asked him.

"Sure."He nodded.

That's what we did for the rest of the day.After we left the park,I took Shawn home and went home myself.I changed into some pajamas and crawled into bed.I drifted off into sleep.
