~ Kellins POV ~

It's been two days sine I've seen Jenny. She hasn't called or texted me, or attempted to contact me in anyway. But I'm hoping and praying that she's got a plan. Today's the day, I'm going to court. Me and the guys are all dressed smartly in our suits, ready for action. I'm honestly nervous as fuck. If I fuck this up I could lose Copeland forever.

I'm with my lawyer now. Katelynne is just to the right of me,the guys are all in the audience. Katelynne is winning this case. In fact, she's won, I've got nothing left.
"We have one more case on Mr Bostwicks side." The judge states.
I raise an eyebrow "Your honor...all of my cases have been brought to attention!?!"
"No, they haven't." The judge clarifies.
I'm about to question further when I hear someone shouting from the corridor. They aren't in this room, but I know exactly who it is.
"GET YOUR HANDS OFF ME I AM PART OF THIS CASE DAMMIT!!!" The woman shouts from outside, then she bursts in. Everyone turns. It's Jenny. My jaw drops.

~ Jennys POV ~

I smile at everyone in the room. "Hello!" I say cheerily as I tug along my small trailer. "Sorry, excuse me." I manage to get through the gates so I'm at the front before he judge. "Sorry I'm late, I would've been even LESS late if there wasn't such a mean office lady out there!" I turn to the judge "You should really fire her your honor." I drop my trailer handle and walk over to Katelynne, we shake hands. "Hello, Im Jenny. Now, I'd just like to clarify that we have never met before, is that correct?"
Katelynne nods cluelessly "That is correct. I've never seen you before in my life."
I smile widely "Fantastic!" I walk back over to the judge "And just to clarify that I have not seen nor spoken to Mr Bostwick or any of his friends in the past 48 hours?"
"That's correct." Kellin says.
"Mr Hills?" I ask loudly.
"Haven't heard from her!" Justin replies.
"Mr Fowler?" I ask.
"Nope, me neither." Jack answers.
"Mr Barham?" I request.
"No and I have no idea what's going on!?!" Gabe replies.
"And finally Mr Martin?"
"No, she's telling the truth." Nick says certainly.
I smile "Am I in a relationship with Mr Bostwick?"
"NO!" all the guys, including Kellin, say.
I nod "Great. So, Im actually another lawyer."
"Are you even qualified?" Katelynne asks.
I clap my hands and turn to her "I'm glad you asked! I have many things in my trailer, one of which is written proof that I graduated law school! Here's my certificate!" I show Katelynne and the judge. "Now, for the past 48 hours I have been locked in my hotel room, planning today. I have had no sleep and stayed drugged up on coffee and candy throughout that time. I put security cameras all over my hotel room and recorded that whole 48 hours, so there is physical evidence to my statement. Onto the case." I start pacing the room. "Katelynne, you said that Mr Bostwick is an unfit father because he is, and I quote 'NEVER there! ALWAYS touring!' correct?"
Katelynne nods "Correct."
I smile and start picking up my evidence, handing it to the judge. "If you were actually serious about making those accusations, maybe you should've thought about all the photos and videos that are on social media of Mr Bostwick with Copeland, playing, singing, whatever. Y'know, the photos and videos that YOU posted on YOUR Instagram!?!" Everyone in the room gasps.
Katelynne scowls "How did you find those? I deleted them!?!"
I laugh "I run a small fan account myself, and I had screenshotted such photos to repost on my account. I took the liberty of printing out ALL of this pictures and that is what I have handed to the judge! Now I have physical evidence that Mr Bostwick IS in fact there and IS NOT always touring!" I turn back to the judge "Also, your honor, I think you might like to consider the fact that touring is part of Mr Bostwicks job and he gets paid to do it, so he is fully equipped to provide for Copeland." I turn back to my trailer and pull out my iPad "Your honor, here are the videos of Mr Bostwick and Copeland that I found on YouTube, yet more evidence that her charges are false." I hand the judge my iPad and she watches the videos before handing my iPad back to me. I place it back in my trailer before pulling out a dictionary. I turn to Kellin "Mr Bostwick, are you familiar with the term 'adultery'?"
Kellin nods, he's smiling at me. "Yes, I am, why?"
I laugh slightly "I'm just wondering why you didn't include that in your case, because a mother who can't keep a solid relationship SURELY isnt fit to look after a child with all that drama!?!" I turn to Katelynne "Isn't it right that Mr Bostwick walked in on you and another man having sex?"
Katelynne nods confidently "Yes, that's right."
I nod "And this happened while you and Mr Bostwick were still married, yes?"
Katelynne nods again "Yes."
"Katelynne, are YOU familiar with the term adultery?" I ask, she nods. I smile "Do you think you are guilty of committing adultery?" She shakes her head, I laugh. "See now, I don't think you are familiar with the term, so I brought my trusty dictionary along with me!" I start searching through the dictionary. "Aha! Here it is! Adultery - voluntary sexual intercourse between a married person and a person who is not their spouse. So, if you say you are not guilty of committing such a crime, are you claiming that the sex was involuntary and you were raped?"
Katelynne shakes her head and gulps "No, it was voluntary."
I smile and nod "Good. Now Mr Bostwick-" I turn back to Kellin "-if you were to charge Katelynne with adultery, she would either plead guilty and you would get more than 50% custody of Copeland, or she would plead innocent and have to take a series of tests, which she would obviously fail and you would, once again, get more than 50% custody of Copeland. So, here is what I propose we do. Katelynne, if you agree to drop your charges against Mr Bostwick and allow him 50% custody, we won't consider accusing you of committing adultery and losing out on precious time with your daughter. In other words, Katelynne, its completely up to you." I cross my arms over my chest and smile smugly, either way she's gonna lose.
Katelynne sighs "I'm dropping all charges against Mr Bostwick." I smile widely and turn to the judge, who smiles down at me.
She turns to Kellin "You have been granted 50% custody of your daughter! Congratulations! Pick ups and drop offs are to be arranged between the two of you as mature adults. Kellin and Katelynne are officially divorced. That is all!" She smiles widely. Kellin cheers. His laywer hugs him. Katelynne and her layers pack up and get ready to leave. Everyone in the room cheers.
