Joe's Night

JOE'S POV

Caspar come over and we decided to both go to a night club. I brought the first round of drinks and Caspar brought the next etc. I was completely off my face and I was having fun. I started to dance when a smoking hot blonde approached me. 'Hello sexy' she said.

'Erm.. Hello?' I said awkwardly.

'Don't act all shy, I saw you with your hot friend goofing around' she pulled me closer and we started to dance. She went in a kissed me, she put her hands behind my neck after she had lowered my hands down to her bum. I'm not going to lie, I enjoyed dancing with her. We finally pulled away and she pulled me into a cab and back to her house. We kissed some more and made our way to the bedroom.

Everything went black...

I woke up the next morning with a really bad headache, I went to grab Amber to kiss her only I realized that the girl I was next to wasn't Amber. I looked under the covers and saw that I was naked, oh god! What happened last night? I quickly got changed and called Caspar.

Caspar: Hey man! Where are you?

Joe: Where did you go last night?

Caspar: I couldn't see you so I assumed you left so I went home. Where are you?

Joe: It's a long story I will see you soon.

I needed some advice so I decided to go to Zoe's, when we got there Zoe answered, 'Hey Sis..' I said. 'Hello Broseph' she replied.

'I need to talk, can I come in?'

'Sure' I walked in a sat down, 'so whats up?'

'Well last night me and Caspar went out and I got drunk and this random girl walked-'

'Erm Joe...' She said but I just carried on.

'this random girl walked over and we snogged and then I woke up at her house this morning. We had slept together' I said ashamed.

'YOU DID WHAT?!' I heard a voice shout but it wasn't Zoe's I turned around to see Amber stood there tears in her eyes. Before I could say anything she had ran upstairs and locked herself in the bedroom. 'I did try to warn you' Zoe said. I didn't have a clue what to do next, I walked up the stairs and knocked on the bedroom door, 'Amber?' I said, 'listen-'

'No! You listen. The engagements off! I'm done' she said while crying. I could tell that she was crying. 'Let me explain..' I said.

'GET OUT!' she screamed. I walked back down the stairs crying, ignored Zoe and just left.

ZOE'S POV 

I couldn't believe what Joe had just told me and to make it worse Amber heard too. She ran up the stairs and locked herself in the bedroom. Joe ran up to her and I heard shouting, then Joe walked down the stairs crying, 'Joe wait' I said but he just ignored me and left. As soon as the door had slammed shut I heard Amber coming down the stairs. I ran up to her and gave her a tight hug, 'I'm so sorry, Joe can be a right dick sometimes' I said to Amber. She began crying on my shoulder and there was nothing I could do. 'You can stay here for as long as you like..' I said.

(A few months later)

AMBER'S POV

Me and Joe haven't been together for months and I really missed him. I moved to Manchester with Lily, of course I still texted Joe but it was entirely about Lily like when would he be picking her up and stuff like that. It was a Sunday morning and I was getting Lily ready for when Joe would pick her up. She was growing up so fast. 'Daddy's coming, Lily' she giggled, I had just finished dressing her when I heard a knock at the door. 'Daddy must be here early darling' I said to Lily, I picked her up and walked down the stairs. I opened the door and there stood Joe looking so gorgeous in his skinny jeans and black t-shirt, I couldn't help but stare. I must have began daydreaming because all I heard was Joe, 'Amber? Hello? Earth to Amber.' I snapped out of it and began to speak to him.

'Yea? Sorry I must have zoned out for a minute then' I laughed

'Yea, so anyway when do you want her back?' he said emotionless which made me a little sad, we didn't even laugh together anymore. '5:30 please. I don't want to interrupt her schedule' Joe just looked at me and picked her up. 'Alright' he said then he left just like that. I still kept in contact with Zoe, it wasn't her fault that Joe had done a stupid thing.

JOE'S POV

I knocked on the door really nervously. She opened and I couldn't help but stare at her she looked stunning she was wearing a summers dress and her hair was in a messy bun, she wasn't even wearing makeup. She didn't need it. I could see it in her eyes, every time she looked at me she felt hurt, I quickly rushed the conversation and left because I could feel tears coming out. Each time I saw her I couldn't deal with the fact that I couldn't hug her or kiss her. I missed her like crazy but she was trying to move on so I had to respect that decision it was all my fault after all. 

I drove Lily to London where Zoe was waiting in my apartment for me. 'Hello little Lily' she said in a cute baby voice. Me, Zoe and Lily watched some Disney movies which obviously wasn't my choice but I had a video to edit and upload. I went on to YouTube and the first thing that popped up was a new video by Amber and she looked absolutely stunning on it. I couldn't get over how amazing she looked. It was 4:30pm by the time I had uploaded and I had to take Lily back to Amber now. 'Say bye bye to Auntie Zoe' I said to Lily and she waved to Zoe then we drove to Manchester. I knocked on the door and a man answered... 'Erm.. Hello is Amber there?'

'Amber! Someones here for you'

'Thanks Derek' she said before kissing him on the cheek, 'thanks for bringing her on time'

'No problem...' I said, I felt so hurt she really was moving on with her life, she clearly didn't love me any more, she had a new boyfriend now. 'So is that you're-'

'We're taking things slow, bye Joe.' she said before shutting the door. I waited around outside for a little crying before driving home. By the time I got home Zoe had gone, I noticed that Lily had left a teddy here. I picked it up and it smelt just like Amber... I went to my room and cried myself to sleep.
