Early morning, inside Y/N's bedroom. He was sleeping peacefully until his eyes began to twitch and slowly open. His vision was blurry at first, then gradually cleared. He let out a loud yawn and was about to sit up when his left hand brushed against something soft and warm. He froze, eyes snapping wide open. Slowly turning his head, he saw Mei Mei sleeping right beside him the entire time.

Soon they were sitting at the table, enjoying the morning breeze and their food. They chatted, laughed, and talked about their future goals. Their easy, friendly interaction took one person by surprise: the white-haired woman standing behind them, brushing her teeth.

Mirko was the only one who witnessed the whole scene. She knew Mei Mei usually despised men from the outside, yet here she was, looking genuinely happy while talking with Y/N. Mirko brushed her teeth a little longer, then grinned and approached them, suddenly throwing her arms around Y/N's shoulders.

Mei Mei: Oh, Mirko. Didn't know you were here.

Mirko: I'm crashing here for the day. My body's aching after all that intense training. But forget that—what are you two lovebirds up to this morning!?

Y/N: *Confused* You're surprised about that?

Mirko: Well, duh! Of all people, you managed to become friends with her. Not many guys can pull that off—she's a cold bitch from hell.

Mirko left the kitchen, leaving the two alone again. Mei Mei sighed and slumped back in her chair, looking at Y/N.
