He smiled as I walked towards the TARDIS. I tried opening the doors, yet it wouldn't budge.
"Why isn't it opening?" I asked.
"It's in extreme security mode. No one can get in, and no one can get out. At least until it's fixed." The Doctor replied.
I stared at it, confused.
"There has to be a way." I said.
I looked around the forest, searching for a clue or something.
"So there's no way to get into the Tardis?" I asked.
"Under extreme security mode, it's impossible. Well, unless you have the key, but I lost that years ago."
I looked around. Nothing. No clues, no
puzzles, just an old man and a broken box. I lay on the grass, giving up already.
"So much for that. Thank you for your help." The Doctor said, giving up as well.
As I looked closer at the branches above me, they formed a triangle.
"That's it!" I said, finally figuring it out. "Follow me, Doctor."
I grabbed his arm as we trotted out from the woods and into my car.
"Where are we going?!" He asked.
"You ask a lot of questions." I replied.
That shut him up for the rest of the car ride.
When we finally arrived at my house, he shook his head.
"What are we doing here?! We have bigger problems!" He asked.
"Again with the questions, Doctor. I'm beginning to think I'm the Doctor here."
He quieted down, then got out of the car and followed me again.
I went downstairs into the basement. I moved a desk to the side, revealing a black rectangle on the wall. I put my finger on the scanner and the vault opened.
The Doctor stepped forward in amazement.
A triangular pyramid was revealed, suspended in the air (The secret was magnets).
The Doctor stared at it, then took it out of the vault.
"How'd you get this?!" The Doctor asked.
"My mother gave it to me when I was young. She told me to never lose it, and that it would help me in a situation in the future. That it would one day help me, and change my life forever. I guess this is the situation."
