You had organised Jason a surprise birthday party because you thought he deserved it as he's been working super hard lately to provide for everything so you've asked your parents for a little help that you'd definitely pay back for.

You had nearly got everything up as your best friend and your brother came around and helped you. You were just getting some food out of the oven and putting it on a big plate. You had a big table full of food on it in the dining room. The house was soon going to be filled with people. Jason was coming back at half 7 and were going to jump up and flicker the lights on.

You clapped your hands together, its all going to be perfect.

In around half an hour every decoration you had was up and perfected, you'd made sure of it. After another half an hour all the food was out and ready and people were going to start turning up.

Your family arrived first so you asked them if it was okay if they just watched by the door whilst you went upstairs and got ready since you didn't have chance to as you were helping doing the food and putting up the decorations.

Your phone bleeped just as you were doing the finishing touches of your make-up.

From: Jason

Hey baby girl. I'll be home soon. Can't wait to see you, it's been such a bad day. I love you babe x

To: Jason

Hey Jase. I can't wait to see you too hunny. I have a surprise for you, can't wait for you to get here. I Love you too x

You went downstairs to find some of Jason's presents and things on a big table and gasped. Nearly everyone was here. It looked perfect, you really hoped Jason would like it. You took all the bags and coats upstairs and put them in the guest room on some hangers and the bed.

You walked back downstairs and went into the kitchen, not before greeting some people and thanking them for coming that Jason would be so happy. You looked up at your watch and saw it was nearly half 7.

You stood on a chair and stopped the music. "Everybody! Can I have your attention!" You shouted as everyone quietened down and looked up at you. Here comes the speech...gosh this is as scary as it would be at your wedding.

"I just wanted to say thank you to everybody for coming tonight! I know Jason's gunna be so happy and I just wanna say a special thanks to my mum and dad for helping me with the financial business and My brother and best friend for helping me decorate and a massive thank you to you all for turning up because it wouldn't be a party without you all! But before we get drinks and everything Jason should be on his way home as its nearly half 7 so everybody getready to say happy birthday and everybody should have been given a party popper when they got in! If not come to me now I have a spare bag full of them. Okay! Lets get ready!" And everyone clapped and cheered as some people came over to you to grab a party popper.

You were all ready, you in the front of everybody as they all quietened down. You had heard a car come up the driveway.

The door opened and in came Jason as he turned around the lights flickered on and you all pulled the party poppers and he was covered in string and confetti. You all laughed as everybody shouted a massive happy birthday to Jason. Shock was clear on his face and you walked over to him.

"Oh my god. W-Was this your doing?" He whispered as he looked around everywhere. You giggled. "Well not all me. I got a lot of help from everyone." His shock still stayed on his face but a massive grin took over it. He picked you up and twirled you around saying thank you.

"Thank you sooo much." You laughed with him and you kissed him. "I have a special present for you later too," you whispered in his ear. "but for now, Lets get you a drink and let me take your coat and bag baby." You said as you leant back to see him biting his lip. He took his coat off and gave you it and his bag. You took it upstairs and shoved it on a hanger in your room.

You went back downstairs for the music to start playing and Jason greet everybody as you got you both a drink. You were so glad that he was happy with it. You hoped to make this one of Jason's best birthdays ever.
