The days leading up to my interview passed by so quickly, the closer the time came to the interview, the less nervous I got and that was surprising, considering that this was a big opportunity for me. As far as I was aware, I wouldn't be paid for this internship, but I could always find another job once I was settled into the city. I didn't want to think about apartments or anything like that until I knew whether I had gotten the job or not.

I had researched all about Queen's Bakery, and I was prepared for all the questions I would be asked. I would just be honest with my answers, because honesty was the best policy.
I was excited to be spending time with Chris also. My dad agreed to let me stay with Chris and I would be going straight there after school on Thursday, and staying with Chris until Sunday afternoon where I'd drive back home. Chris would be picking me up as I still couldn't drive with my cast on my arm, I couldn't wait until I got it removed soon.

Since Chris had posted on twitter what really happened, everything had died down and everybody understood why Chris did what he did and it was all forgotten about by everybody apart from Jade who was livid that her plan backfired on her ass.

Me and Chris had also been texting every night like we used to before this trouble started and just lately I was walking around with a constant smile on my face all because of Chris.

Thursday couldn't come fast enough. I had my suitcase packed for the weekend and that was in Liam's car as he drove me to school, and I had everything important I needed for my interview. I was nervous though.. Not because of the interview.. But because I hadn't seen Chris in over a week and I didn't know how he would greet me or how I'd greet him. Liam told me not to worry but I just couldn't help it.
So when the last bell of the day rang, I was shaking with nerves. I stayed by Liam's car with my suitcase until Chris showed up, and once I saw his car pull into the school parking lot, Liam drove off promising he'd see me on Monday and I made my way towards Chris' car. I waited until he got out, and once he did - he took one look at me before we were flying into each others arms. He held onto me tightly. I tucked my head into his neck - he used one hand to hold onto my waist, and the other the stroke the nape of my neck. I sighed into his neck and closed my eyes holding on tighter with my one arm.

"Never again," He whispered kissing the side of my head. "Never again will I tell you I need time or ignore you like that."

I would always forgive Chris, he meant to much to me and I knew that he'd never do anything intentionally to hurt me. I moved from his neck and stroked his cheek. I looked intently into his eyes, and I knew that he could tell what I was thinking. When I finally plucked up the courage to kiss him on the lips, I knew it was the right thing to do. His lips were soft, but the kiss was passionate. I had miss him, and his lips so much. I was so glad that he invited me to stay for the weekend. I couldn't wait to spend the weekend with him and him alone.

[FRIDAY AFTERNOON: INTERVIEW]
I spent all morning in bed snuggling with Chris, neither of us wanted to get out of bed but I had my interview to go to which meant I had to get out of bed and get ready. Now an hour later, I was standing here nervously with Chris.

"So I'll wait out here for you and afterwards, we'll do whatever you want to do. How does that sound?" Chris asked me.

We were standing outside of Queen's Bakery and I was so nervous to go inside. I knew I had 10 minutes to go until my interview, but now I was contemplating whether to actually go inside or not. I knew that not going wasn't an option, because this internship was the one I wanted the most and I wanted it bad. 'HOW ABOUT SOME SHOPPING?' I typed in on my phone and handed it to him. My whiteboard was in my bag and I didn't want to get that out unless I really needed to.

"Perfect!" He beamed kissing me on the lips. "It's the perfect opportunity for me to spoil you!" I shook my head no because I didn't want Chris to spoil me but he wouldn't have it. "Excuse me lovely but you're here with me for the weekend and I'm going to spoil you whether you like it."

I didn't get to say anymore on the matter because I knew that I had to go in and let somebody know I was here. I spent a few minutes saying goodbye to Chris, before I plucked up the courage and walked into the bakery. It wasn't busy, and there was only one girl at the counter. I typed a message out on my phone before walking over to her and handing her my phone so she could read the message.

'HI. I HAVE AN INTERVIEW WITH MANDY AT 2PM. MY NAME IS [Y/N].'

I thought she would have looked at me weirdly considering that I didn't speak, but she didn't look phased at all, she burst into a bright smile and grinned. "Oh [Y/N], we were expecting you. Come with me and I'll take you to Mandy."

I followed her through the back and in a second she was knocking on an office door. I heard somebody speak from inside and the girl was opening the door. "Hi Mandy, [Y/N] is here."

I followed her into the room and gave Mandy a shy smile. She seemed like a lovely lady with a genuine smile. I shook her hand and she offered me a seat where a laptop was sitting on the table open with a word document ready to be used. "Hey [Y/N], so I can see that you're nervous but you have nothing to be worried about. I have to say that out of all the applications that we received, yours was the one that appealed to us the most and I'll be honest with you.. You basically already have this in the bag and have the job. So today's interview will just be a getting to know you session and me giving you more information about the job, and then if you're still interested, then well, the job is yours."

I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I thought this would have been a proper interview, but she was already offering me the job? It was to good to be true, it was so hard to believe.

For the next 45 minutes, Mandy asked me questions about my life, and I asked her questions about the job. I wanted it, it was decided then and there that I'd take the job and the best thing about it was that it was a paid internship which meant I wouldn't have to find another job, I could stick with this one.

When I left the office, it was with a massive smile on my face. I walked out of the bakery grinning and when Chris saw me, he stood up enveloping me in his arms. "How did it go?"

I moved out of his arms and took my phone out, typing a message for him. 'I GOT IT.'

"What already?!" He exclaimed. I nodded and he picked me up spinning me around. "Oh my god congratulations baby! You know what this means? You're gonna be in the same city as me. Do you wanna move in with me?"
