(It's the Rico from Attack on Titan, yeah, remember? The grayished haired one that was blonde in the manga? The one that did the signal flares stuff in the anime? yep, that her. She cute. I just grabbed some facts from the wiki since this is so quick. I'm working on some other stuff; don't worry.)

You curled up more into a ball as your comrades began to leave int heir rightful positions. You were not ready for this. It's not that you didn't believe in Eren, you were just so afraid. To make it worst, you were part of the squad that was supposed to protect him from other titans as he brought the boulder over. You were strong, yes, but all of the emotional baggage from encountering the titans beforehand made you feel sick.

You were currently hiding next to a group of boxes. Luckily, no one questioned where you were, and no one tried looking for you. That was how it was. You were unsure on which class you wanted to join, though you felt bad on choosing either one. For the cadets that don't make it into the top ten, it was clear that they would all choose the Garrison. You felt that it was a good choice, but it seemed that they already had too many people in the Garrison to begin with. Then there was the Scouting Regiment. You had nothing against going outside the walls as well. It's just that you were so fragile, and it was easy for you to break down easily. Your death in the Scouting Regiment would be unnecessary.

"Has anyone seen Cadet (Last Name)? We are about to leave." You widened your eyes as you recognized the voice of your squad leader. Even though you were a cadet, you were assigned to the 1st Division Elite Force of the Garrison. The Squad Leader was named Rico Brzenska. She was quite short, though, her eyes scared you. You looked down as footsteps came closer to the pile of boxes you were hiding behind.

"Hey, cadet. We're moving. We better hurry before more titans come our way." You looked down in shame as the light blonde came closer to your small, frightened body. "Cadet, do you understand me? We have to continue with the plan." You sighed and looked out and over the wall onto Trost."

"I don't deserve to help in the Elite Squad. I'm so weak, I cry about the most softest things in our short lives. I don't deserve to be another death in this mission." You waited for Squad Leader Rico to bark harsh words at you for you to get up, but none came your way. Instead, she got down to your level and blocked your view of the steaming city.

"Hey, stop thinking about all of those things. If you were placed to help Cadet Jaeger move the boulder with no casualties, then I would expect you are pretty good at what you do. I know, this plan is way too risky to put this much trust on it, but it's all we have. Hell, I don't even trust that Jaeger boy. But you need to suck up your feelings for now, and just follow me. We'll get out of this together."

You were slightly taken aback from the softness of Squad Leader Rico's voice, and it moved you. You took in a shaky breath and nodded, taking the hand Rico gave you and stood up. You adjusted your 3DMG and glanced back at the Squad Leader. To surprise you even more, she even gave you a small smile, which made you feel more confident. No matter what, you were going to keep your head up, and follow Rico to victory.

((I'm working on several fics, ok? I'll still be active during school don't worry. This lil drabble came into my head, so here.))
