(CUSTOM) Levi X Grace ~ Jealousy

Grace watched as he flew through the air with such strength. There was no doubt that the Squad Leader  was experienced with the 3DMG. Closing up into a nearby dummy, he held up the two blades on his side, and began to do a sideways roll. With a clean cut, a good portion of the rubber on its neck was chopped off, and the short red head ran to retrieve the slice.

It was quite clear that Grace was jealous of his flawless movement. When out on the field for retrieving Titans for Hanji's crazy experiments, she would watch him take down each Titan, as if they were wooden dummies themselves. Everyone envied the Corporal's experience, but Grace felt that she was the one who fell for him the most.

Her green orbs watched as he made his way to her Squad Leader, Krys. They were both the most powerful out of all of the people in the Survey Corps. Grace couldn't help to feel a little more jealous as he started to converse with the girl, probably talking about other techniques. 

Grace let out a sigh. It was quite true, she was quite the fanatic of him. Others, like Jean, thought it was creepy, and made fun of their adoration to the short-stack. Grace simply ignored their words. It was normal to be amazed by humanity's most valued soldier, right?

Placing the strip of rubber into a basket and picking it up, she made her way to another person watching the two skillful soldiers.

"I don't know how he does that! I really need to start learning from him." said a particularly excited boy next to her. His forest-green eyes watched as Grace's squad leader and the praised corporal continued their conversation. Grace smiled at her friend's enthusiasm, which was quite like her own.

"Fat chance, Eren. I bet that you won't come to half of how good he is." The taller one lightly shoved the girl in protest, who giggled at his small outburst. 

"You are so nice, did you know that?" the boy sarcastically responded. Grace shrugged with a smile and fixed the basket in her arms.

"Everyone wishes to be like him someday, and wishes don't really come true around here." Grace sighed. Eren nodded in agreement and gave a thoughtful smile as they both continued to watch the two figures converse.

"Do you think that he has noticed you staring too long at him?" Eren leaned in. Grace snapped her head at her friend and quickly looked around her surroundings.

"N-no! Everyone stares at him, for fuck's sake. I bet he's used to it b-by now..." Grace trailed off as she glanced in the way she used to be staring. A small drop of her heart caused her to suck in her breath as she saw him staring back. For a good three seconds, the two shared eye contact. Grace finally looked away and turned around.

"Eren turn around please turn around I swear he's looking at us." The girl said with slight nervousness and happiness. The five seconds before her friend finally turned around felt like long, stressful days. Quickly speed walking away, the two began their walk back to dinner.

Levi sighed as he took his stand next to his quiet friend. They nodded and motioned towards the forest outskirts.

"Ten in under three minutes. Well done." they reported. Levi said nothing and scanned the area as his friend ran on about his use of his gear. Two cadets were chatting in between themselves. One of the cadets he recognized to be the female that he is particularly aware of. She was holding a basket of all of the rubber he has cut off from the dummies. He was used to the girl collecting the strips, and he was quite grateful that someone at least had the odyssey to clean up. Well, stress the thought that she threw them away.

This was not the first time she has been observing him. Everywhere he goes, he sees that girl. In the beginning, it was pretty creepy, but he was used to it by now. He occasionally speaks to the obsessed girl , who was pretty shy and quiet, but came out a little when she was around her friends.

"Hey, Krys, do you know anything about that brat talking about me with Eren over there?" he asked, flicking his head in the cadets' way. The girl ebruptly ceased talking something about their next expedition and looked in the direction he motioned in.

"Oh, Grace?" A sly but playful smirk made its way on Krys's lips. "Well, I'm pretty sure it's been obvious by now that she's obsessed with you." Levi gave an amused grunt and looked to the side. 

"Well, she is not the first." he grumbled. Krys continued.

"She is quite talented; I would go as far to say the smartest in my squad. She is mysterious at the first glance, but is very tactful in dire situations. I pray that I do not lose her anytime soon."

"She's in your squad?" Levi said with an amused tone. Krys simply nodded and continued on about Hanji's current experiment.

Levi kept his straight face as he looked back at Grace and Eren. It just so happened that she was looking in the same way as well, and their eyes met. Levi gazed into her green irises a little longer than he expected to. A slightly awkward moment flashed, but the cadet (sadly) turned around and proceeded to urge Eren with her.

Levi let the smallest of smiles run on his face, which both Eren and Krys caught.

"She seems valuable to our cause." was all he said as he made his way to his office, probably to do some paperwork or clean the already precise room of his. 

Krys stayed in her spot as Levi made his way towards the wooden buildings in the distance, not catching the thumbs up between a forest green-eyed boy and Squad Leader.

((I'm back guys! I got a lot of stuff on the way, and I'm sorry for the person who requested this that its pretty late. I went to Vidcon and had a smashing time, and I also met a lot of YouTubers. I have about four more stories I want to post today, so stay sharp!))
