Chapter 11

Vinny's POV

After Melissa gave Gisella a raise, Gi's shift was over and I walked her to her car.
"Vincenzo, I swear to god. You are going to give me a heart attack," She told me when we reached her car.
I smiled but then remembered what I had to tell her. The smile faded and Gisella gave me a questioning look.
"What's wrong, Love?" Her nickname for me was cute.
"I have to tell you something and I don't want you to get mad." I looked at her and she nodded.
"I'm in -" Before I could tell her, I heard the beginning of A Day To Remember's song "The Downfall Of Us All" playing. Gisella's phone was ringing and she dug it out her pocket and answered.
"Hello?"

"Okay, I will be there in ten minutes. Okay. Calm down. Just breathe. I'll be there shortly." She ended the call and looked at me. "My sister is going into labor I have to get to the hospital now."
