Monsters University: Part 6 (Finale)

"L-lake?!" May repeated as they walked through the woods.

Rock continued, "A-are we going s-skin..."

"Nope, just stop imagining things, Rock," Alle retorted, "We are going there to witness a scene that will change Mike's, Sulley's, yours, and May's life."

"What on earth do you mean?" Rock asked.

As a majestic lake, reflected by the moon, rose above their view, they could see Mike seating down on a rock, obviously mulling, while Sulley walks closer to him. Alle covers Rock's and May's mouths as they heard Sulley talk.

"Mike? Come on, buddy, let's get you outta here. This is all my fault. I'm sorry."

"You were right," said Mike, "They weren't scared of me. I did everything right. I wanted it more than anybody. And I thought... I thought if I wanted it enough, I could show everybody that... that Mike Wazowski is something special. I'm just... not. He then slaps his reflection on the water.

"Look, Mike. I know how you feel," Sulley said.

"Don't do that!" Mike exclaimed furiously, "Please, don't do that! You do not know how I feel!

"Mike, calm down," Sulley said calmly.

"Monsters like you have everything! You don't have to be good! You can mess up over and over again, and the whole world loves you!"

"Mike!"

"You'll never know what it's like to fail! Because you were BORN a Sullivan."

After a moment of silence, Sulley retorted, "Yeah, I'm a Sullivan! I'm the Sullivan who flunked every test! The one who got kicked out of the program! The one who's so afraid to let everyone down, that I cheated! And I LIED!"

Another moment of silence occurs, "Mike, I'll never know how you feel. But you're not the only failure here. I act scary, Mike. But most of the time... I'm terrified."

"How come you never told me that before?" Mike asked.

"Because... we weren't friends before," Sulley said, slowly forming a grin.

"Over there!" they heard a police officer yell.

Hearing the voice, Mike and Sulley climbed a small cliff, however Mike saw Sulley struggling and lowered a nearby stick, forming a smile while doing so. "Sulley!" he yelled.

They ran through the woods until they are out of sight of the trio. "Oh my gosh, I can't believe it..." May said.

"Yeah..." Rock said, slowly forming fists in his hand, "... I'm terrified, all right! I never had a real friend before! You are the only one I have... Then, I just find out that you are leaving?!"

"I-I'm sorry..." May said, tone of sorrow coming from her voice. "But you Deans are the toughest family I know. According to your grandpa, the Deans are the most feared family in Luxo town."

"Exactly..." Rock muttered.

"I... I didn't know..."

"It's okay..." Rock said, slowly calming down, "Friends?" he said, letting his hands out for May to shake.

"Best friends..." May said, shaking her hand with Rock.

Suddenly, Alle yelled to the duo, "You are now friends, eh?"

"I-I guess so..."

"Then, my work for this universe is done! A113!"

As the portal swept their views, they could feel as if they are ready to begin a new chapter of their life. But, a lot of questions still need to be answered.

They felt themselves hanging in mid-air and they fell with another thud. "Man, I just had the weirdest dream..." Rock said, still woozy.

"Me too..." May said, "There's this monster, and this guy named Alle who could teleport..."

"...us between dimensions?" Rock asked.

"Yeah... how did you know?"

"I had the exact dream..."

"What is going on?"

Suddenly, Alle's glasses swept their view as he yelled, "Luxo duo, that is not a dream!"

"What are you?" May asked.

He just winked, and let a yellow ball with a red star in the middle and yelled, "A113!"

Then, he vanished like a bubble. "What the-?" Rock yelled.

Suddenly, May's mom called her, "May, we have important news!"

They entered the house and her mom announced, "The flight was cancelled due to this giant bird that caused the plane we were supposed to attend to crash land."

"What?" Rock asked, confused and happy about the news.

"Yeah, according to his newspaper," –pulling out a newspaper- " MALE HIMALAYAN MONAL PHEASANT ATTACKS FLIGHT LASSETAIR FLIGHT A113, ALL PLANES CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER EXAMINATION OF THE BIRD."

"Apparently, they called it 'Kevin'," her mom added.

"So, we're not moving?" May asked excitedly.

"We are, but only three months from now..."

"That gives us time!" Rock yelled.

"For what?"

"Sorry, we could not tell..."

Three months, the duo thought. With many questions on their mind, will the duo make it through three months just to answer everything? Will the duo make it through the interdimensional travelling? Will they ever travel again? Will they find out who Alle really is? What is a super? And, finally, where will they go next?
