Chapter 2

*A/N : this chapter is a flashback of Natsu and Lucy... this will explain why Lucy is mad at Natsu.. well some of them will ^_^

Third person's POV

It was a fine day here at fairytail high. The weather was not too hot nor cold, the flowers had started blooming. And ofcourse.. this was the day were the students can relax because the heck of exams and quizzes are finally over.

But for Natsu ... it was another day where his guilt keeps growing and devouring him alive.

And he couldnt take it anymore. He needs to tell Lucy about his secret. It took him a whole week to built up the confidence and he also practice what he is going to say to her. The chances of earning Lucy's forgiveness is really low. To the fact that she might never forgive him at all. But he needs to do this,

Lucy needs to know the truth.

>>Lunch Break

Lucy and Natsu went to their table while Lucy holds a big lunchbox at her right hand while her left arm is cling to Natsu's arm. When they reached their seats, Lucy would prepare the food and she feeds Natsu then acts all lovey dovey to him.It was a normal sight to see for the other students since Natsu and Lucy are known to be the sweetest couple in fairytail.

And that is why Natsu couldnt take it anymore. Its not that he's being suffocated to Lucy by being all clingy and all. He just let Lucy do what she wants.

AND THAT WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF HIS LIFE!

Natsu has been different from any other boys eversince he was young. Then when he reached the age of 12 he then begin to realize what was his difference among them. But then, he kept it a secret. Only a few people he trust knows about this. But those people he trust doesnt involve with Lucy or even his father. And the reason why he didnt tell it to them is not that because he doesnt trust them.

Its because his father had homophobia (thats the reason why his father got so angry in the first chapter) and he doesnt know how Lucy would react once he tell it to her.

Natsu and Lucy had become a couple because Lucy courted Natsu (Yes it was very weird and persistence of her -_-) and Natsu mistake was letting Lucy do what she wants. And when his father got involve with the whole courting business, things had become a big pressure on Natsu. His father really liked Lucy to be his girlfriend. And since he doesnt want to disappoint either one of them. He did what they want him to do....

And that is why Lucy and Natsu became a couple. And the whole school supported them.. which also adds more pressure on Natsu...

>>After school

As usual Lucy was clinging on Natsu's arm as they walk down the hallway to their lockers to put their books. Natsu has sense that this is the right moment to tell her that since they were the only ones left inside the school.

Natsu took a deep breath 'its now or never!' he thought at the back of his head

"Lucy... I need to tell you something..."
