Toby's POV:
Me and Spencer's family arrive at the restaurant in the hotel.
"7 please." my dad says to the lady at the counter.
"alright just wait here and your table will be ready soon."
"I'm going to go to the bathroom..." Spencer said
"alright be quick honey" Veronica said
the lady from the counter comes back...
"right this way"
we all follow her to our table
Veronica sits next to Peter , across from my parents and next to my parents is Jenna.
"Toby you can come sit over here!" Veronica said
I sit down across from Jenna with a empty seat next to me
Spencer's POV:
I walk out of the bathroom and look for my table.
my mom waves to me
I walk over to the table
"Spencer honey we saved a seat for you right there next to Toby." my mom said
"oh great" I mumble
Toby looks at me smirking
I sit next to him with my arms crossed
this is going to be a looonnng night...
after lunch...
"so will all get are bathing suits on and meet back at the pool?" Marion says
"sounds good" my mom said
I went to the room and looked in my bag and changed
when we were all ready we met at the pool , our parents went to the food stand for drinks and Jenna sat on lounge chair reading.
Toby was walking over to me with a smirk on his face
I couldn't help but look at him he was shirtless and i mean have you ever seen Toby shirt less?
"checking me out?"
"whaaaat no pfft." i said blushing
"yea okay. well anyways do you want to head to the pool?"
"no thanks" I scoff
I walk away heading to the beach ((a/n: the beach is like right behind the pool))
"spence wait!"
"Toby I am not talking to you right now."
"woah woah woah... why are you mad at me!?"
I turn around to face him
"because first of all you were rude to me and you totally ki-"
"your the one who brought Andrew!"
"you want to know why I brought Andrew?... you know what forget It I don't need to explain anything to you." I scoff
I begin heading by the water I lean up again the rock near the ocean for a minute and head into the water...
"Spencer!" I hear Toby call
I turn around
"Spencer wat-"
I didn't get to hear Toby finish
I felt a wave crash over me i try to get up from the wave and my head knocks into the big rock.
then I see nothing but black

an hour later...
i wake up on a couch and look around and see I'm in my hotel room I look up and see Toby.
"hey your awake."
"yeeahh..." I say touching my head
"oww" I groan
"don't touch it!" Toby exclaimed
"what happened Toby?"
"well you got knocked by a wave and you hit your head on the rock so I brought you to your hotel room."
"thanks I guess."
Toby's POV:
"do you want me to get you something like ice or water?"
"no I'm good."
"alright then..."
Spencer scoots farther away from me and lays her head back down and closes her eyes."
I sigh and kiss her head lightly.
